After heading north on the Danish West coast I debarked in Norway in Kristiansand. At Hardangerfjord I decided to head inland through the rain and connect to the Norwegian Transeurotrail. Let me just say, the rumours are true.
This was my eighth night and I had ridden two and a half thousand kilometres so far. In that night all by my own along the TET I decided to wear every piece of garment I brought. Further North I had the chance to meet up with Antonio again. He was riding a grey 800 GSA all the way up to the Nordkapp. We wanted to cross the Polar Circle together. At Storjord unfortunately I had to turn East and head into Sweden where I wanted to slowly make my back South on the TET.
My trip was slowly coming to an end. It was beautiful to see more vegetation again. Temperatures started to rise and there were much more people around. I was reminded that it was the middle of June after all. I crossed the Baltic sea at Nynäshamn and from there I took the highway home.

@@ATasteofFreedom yes, east Kentucky USA, mountains, great riding, Fairbanks AK area in summer, long days not too cold maybe rent dry cabin. Life is in front of me to enjoy.
How do you find Tenere for the sort of riding you post on here, in compare to DR650?
I'm on DR650 right now and considering Tenere too. Looking for something more capable on the road.

The DR and the T7 are very different. The T7 is less viby and feels more refined. The DR is more capable offroad though and makes more sense financially. Obviously the T7 is better on the streets

Hello! Bin auch bei deinem Channel subscribed:) Schwierige Frage, nicht sofort wieder, es waren sehr viele Anreise- und Abreisetage dabei. Es gibt ja auch noch so viele andere, neue Orte zu erkunden! Aber das Feeling im Norden war schon einzigartig! Und obwohl in Norwegen die Nationalparks etc. recht streng reguliert sind, hab ich bisher keine Erinnerung an meinen Tripp per Post erhalten. @@ATasteofFreedom Ich bin 2019 Polen, Litauen, Lettland, Estland, Finnland, Norwegen, Schweden u Dänemark mit der alten Afrika Twin gefahren. War ganz cool aber nur Regen. Der TET soll ja in Skandinavien recht viel auf leichten Wirtschaftswegen durch den Wald verlaufen. Von daher würde ich auch erstmal andere Länder "abhaken". Gruß, Stefan.
