Not only that, they made up the imperial test exam that would later be used for all dynasties till the Qing to test for ministers positions.
The Han also saw a great boom in culture that would make every Chinese later on to declare themselves as "Han Chinese" due to the cultural significance.
It would eventually fall by corruption, incompetent emperor and ministers and a massive internal revolt which resulted in the Three Kingdoms period.
