This video was recorded in Russia on February 21, 2022, which is precisely just three days before the initiation of the Russian attack on Ukraine. Obviously, Vladimir Putin and his intelligence chief both knew they were going to attack Ukraine, but as the intelligence chief began to reveal too much by talking about annexing the self-proclaimed republics to the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin reined him in by making it appear that the only issue was the independence of these two republics, when that was obviously no longer the case.
