READ THIS! President Biden(s!) is asking Congress for $13 billion for Ukraine. Where is the money for securing the US Southern Border? Thousands of people from all over the world, including Russians, invade the USA through the border Democrats are not interested in securing!!
Why did not the Obama/Biden give these sanctions when Russia invaded the Ukraine Crimea region in 2014???? The small sanctions implemented gave Putin the green light for his current actions!! Why was Hunter Biden on the Board of Directors of a Ukranian energy company for $50,000 a month?? What about the evidence on Hunter Biden's laptop and his Chinese Communist connections!?!?

At this point this is just propaganda from your side, Frontline.
I like your channel but not this one. Is this the end of American Dollar?$?
We want news, not western opinions or propaganda. Maybe you could mention the Russian speaking people of Ukraine and why Russia is there, and that's just for starters. Absolutely disgusted by a channel I once respected!
The body language of his advisors was something else.
We need to deploy C-RAMs to Ukraines capital. S-300/400 systems. As well as drones, stingers and various weapons/equipment/aid
The woman they kept showing looked completely terrified 😨 😳
I'm going to review it again to better learn the body language, and facial expressions of fear and contempt.

NOT ALL OF US ARE HATERS.
This is the real life equivalent to a Bond villain meeting where one of the failed henchmen gets killed in front of the rest of them as a warning to them all.
It looked like he had convened a meeting to assess his staff's loyalty to him and their understanding of what he demands of them, "are you with me, are you on the same page, do you put me and my proposal above and before any opinion you might personally have and in regard to your personal opinion, are you prepared to accept that your personal opinions mean nothing to me ?"
If any one of them had spoken out against invading Ukraine, at the next meeting their chair would be empty.
He will be taken out by his people eventually. The time is coming
No, the chair would be occupied with someone who wouldn't speak out.
they would have sadly passed away from a heart attack or simply just "complications"
Kathleen Because he is the new Czar the king of Russia🙂.
Scary as HELL !!!! K Bergman
It was not unhinged at all. It was a perfectly orchestrated and scripted play, with one person who began to flub his lines and needed prompting from the director. The purpose of the play was to give the director a room full of people who could be offered up at any moment the audience (the Russian people) began looking for those responsible for their sons coming back in body bags. If you ever wondered what went on in German government during the late 1930's, you are getting a front row seat to the contemporary version.

Naryshkin giving his opinion stuttering was scary, but look at the woman from 3:13. Her stare and inconstant breathing, she must have wondered, where is this going to lead and how do we get out of this.
She’s freaking out…
Nah, this is Valentina Matviyenko, the chairwoman of the Federation Council, one of the hardest Putin supporters... she might have been sceptical about the war, but surely not afraid.
It's not that Sergey isn't speaking plainly. He is just conducting a "special linguistics operation".

Versions of this phrase are making into everyday lingo.
@KC Jones I'm fairly confident that it was not that. The FSB has long been rumored to disagree with Putin's plans and to think that the war is a lost cause that will ruin Russia. He may well have been looking for support by his inially careful wording, but he didn't have the courage to follow through when he saw that everyone else was equally scared to do anything.
I cannot stand how Putin tries to humiliate his ability/ intelligence

This is like a scene out of a Bond movie where the villians henchmen are so frightened of disagreeing with their boss, they'll agree with and say anything in order to avoid certain death!😁😲😳

reminds me of what you read about Stalin and how people were terrified of him. Stalin unlike Putin had a sadistic sense of humor, during the great terror he said to one gov official ''i thought they shot you''. It comes out of Putin in a different way. Angela Merkel made the mistake of telling him she was terrified of dogs so, when he next had a meeting with her, he brought with him a massive labrador which kept pestering her. He apparently enjoyed seeing her squirm with fear.

Narishkin’s fear was unnerving. A grown man, likely strong and intelligent in his own right, quivering like a beaten dog sensing a club to his head. Yup. That was a man publicly compromising his own principles and values. It’s strange one man can have so much power over an entire group of intelligent men and women.
Having an unquestionable and feared leader is not the way to run anything smoothly. No one will want to go out of their way for him or even have any sense of genuine loyalty. It's just ridiculous that anyone would think of it as an effective model.
Especially in this day and age of information where people can easily see all sides of the dispute and see the lies being used on them which just fosters even more hatred and morale problems.

This wasn't anything about the advisors advising Putin, this was about them telling Putin what he wanted to hear and it was easy to see the fear they showed in their body language and clearly just going on that, this is Putin's war not Russia's war but for this to get resolved, it's going to take these kinds of people that are close to Putin to become brave and do something about it otherwise it could be all their necks on the line if they leave it too late and the Russian people rise up with how bad things are getting in the country.
Either way, I think Putin is finished no matter what happens in Ukraine, there are some lines you don't cross and I can't see how he can recover from this.
He’s going to have each and everyone of those individuals in that video publicly executed before he himself goes down.
In 1991, the West's purchasing power was 80% of the world's, nowadays 36%. Driving Russia into the arms of China by trying to grab it through related oligarchs under Jeltsin the Drunk was the biggest diplomatic mistake of the previous millennium. The second was expanding Nato influence eastward, against repeated reassurance of the opposite (I.a. by Nato SecGen Wörner), also by the use of bombs with which we Europeans were "allowed" to disrupt our neighbourhood on the Balkans, in W Asia and N Africa, from where we then had to receive millions of poor refugees. The famed “sword of Damocles” dates back to an ancient moral parable popularized by the Roman philosopher Cicero in his 45 B.C. book “Tusculan Disputations.” Cicero’s version of the tale centers on Dionysius II, a tyrannical king who once ruled over the Sicilian city of Syracuse during the fourth and fifth centuries B.C. Though rich and powerful, Dionysius was supremely unhappy. His iron-fisted rule had made him many enemies, and he was tormented by fears of assassination-so much so that he slept in a bedchamber surrounded by a moat and only trusted his daughters to shave his beard with a razor.
As Cicero tells it, the king’s dissatisfaction came to a head one day after a court flatterer named Damocles showered him with compliments and remarked how blissful his life must be. “Since this life delights you,” an annoyed Dionysius replied, “do you wish to taste it yourself and make a trial of my good fortune?” When Damocles agreed, Dionysius seated him on a golden couch and ordered a host of servants wait on him. He was treated to succulent cuts of meat and lavished with scented perfumes and ointments. Damocles couldn’t believe his luck, but just as he was starting to enjoy the life of a king, he noticed that Dionysius had also hung a razor-sharp sword from the ceiling. It was positioned over Damocles’ head, suspended only by a single strand of horsehair. From then on, the courtier’s fear for his life made it impossible for him to savor the opulence of the feast or enjoy the servants.

They have imposed economic sanctions that are destroying Russia from the inside out. Russia is DONE. You think NATO nations taking up arms is going to help Ukraine? Only an idiot imagines that. The U.S. and NATO are -- WISELY -- waiting until they have absolutely no choice other than to take up arms against Russia. Once they do, bucko, WWIII is ON. It'll give Putin the reason he needs to start using chemical, biological and nuclear weapons. As far as Zelensky goes, he's a nice enough man who obviously cares about his country. He's also a fool with very little understanding or mastery of international politics. When the US told Zelensky months ago what Russia was planning, Zelensky dismissed it as Western hysteria. Had he listened, a whole lot more Ukranians would be alive today.
Or maybe they're avoiding doing it so that they can ultimately lay their hands on the man. Do you not understand that the US's actions have been devastating to Russia without firing a weapon. Last year, Mikhail Gorbachev said: "I think it is absolutely necessary that Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden meet." He warned of increasing polarization and the risk of nuclear weapons.
They did meet last year. Putin probably got the impression that Biden isn't all there and thus had the green light to take Ukraine. Hell back in January Biden said it was okay if Russia took just a little bit.

It's a very clever tactic, if true. If you think it through though every person in that room knows that apart from not daring to cast any form of disagreement, or invite a discussion to be opened, they are there to be used as Vladimir Putin's scapegoats. He will convene these meetings for the ultimate purpose of reflecting the blame onto them, which from his corrupted perspective makes good political sense yes, but it also broadcasts to everyone who works in his government and various security and financial agencies that this man is not going to take any responsibility for anything that goes wrong - he will blame them. And _his_ sins become theirs to bear, and suffer the consequences. Imagine the depth of the fear, but also the sheer depth of the bottled-up resentment towards this man.
It's a clever tactic yes, but still a sight that demonstrates Putin as being the modern equivalent to the Roman Emperor Caligula. A man going slowly mad on absolute power, and enjoying the fact that such power can instill absolute terror on those around him. Here is a man with something approaching a God-Complex...because there is almost nothing and nobody to tell him "No". Ever.
