Man I just had fusion #2 27feb at the age of 45, I have to say the 2nd one was much easier then the 1st, still have some burning in my left foot but hopefully that goes away, or maybe not, it's a crap shoot with nerves as you know. In my opinion it's permanent nerve damage from a flawed fusion the 1st time but we shall see

I talked myself into checking out the dry needling treatment if therapy didn’t work, but it did and I was able to skip the back surgery. I was down about 10 weeks and not allowed to do anything. Worst than my neck surgery, thought I was going to go crazy.

Brother, think of your back therapy the same way you think of managing your deer or turkeys, or the property, trees, grasses, clover and the like. It’s a long approach and a lot of patience that makes it all worth the effort, so your back is exactly the same. It won’t ever be what it once was but it can sure get a lot better and easier for you to live with. Long term project management Jason. You do it every day with the other things and this is the same. Praying for you man. 🙏
