My brother and his wife love your food. Next time I am in St. John's I will pop by. BTW I lived in Finland too and my hubby is a Finn.

Newfoundland & Labrador is no stranger in holding people captive and I am happy to hear that you much rather to live in Newfoundland then other parts of Canada. 😊
I’m a big lover of Chinese and Indian food but I have never tried African food and I am very excited to go try it soon and from the video I already know I am going to love it. 😊
The gentleman was correct in saying that having a piece of Africa in Newfoundland will attract more people from there to live here because people will always miss their home land.
Just like us Newfoundlanders, when we go to Canada we would often visit a “Newfie Bar” or “Newfie Shop” to feel like we are home again.
Newfoundland is a New Found Land for everyone. As i gaze into the future I can already see a brighter, more diverse & prosperous Newfoundland.
It’s an honour to have more people call Newfoundland home. I wish you nothing but the best of luck and I know deep down that you guys will do fantastic ❤

This is gonna go down as a very important period in the overall history of this place. I feel so lucky to be able to experience what is happening here right now, as it is happening.

I am Canadian, originally from Halifax, N.S. and I hope to move to Africa soon. Why would anybody from Africa want to move to Newfoundland!?!? This video was a classic WTF moment for me!!!

This video is literally 2 people from Africa explaining in specific detail why they moved to Newfoundland, and why they want to stay.

Because not everyone grew up on Newfie jokes and let it screw up their heads. I’m in Halifax and I’m from St. John’s. There are immigrants in both cities. The typical opinion of people from Maritimes (I’ve lived in all provinces) in particular people from mainland Nova Scotia is that Newfoundland is the “crappier” version of Cape Breton of which they all poke fun at, and this is confirmed to them by Newfie jokes etc. expressions like “everyone knows the Newfies” etc. I’m guessing you’ve never been to Newfoundland or in particular St. John’s and are merely drawing from your “expertise” on Newfoundland since we’re both “east coasters” (another term only used by maritimers who bring Newfoundland into their equation too often) or your visits to Cape Breton. Let us know Ron!

@@ryantwitter343I'm a Townie from St.John's. I spent 2 weeks in Cape Breton. The people are just as nice as Newfoundanders.
