Easy Miter Saw Station Build with Kreg Precision Trak & Stop System // 4K

  • Today I'm finally getting around to building a miter saw station. I was tired of inconsistent length cuts and sometimes making risky cuts at the table saw. It's a DIY friendly build that any beginner level woodworker can accomplish; using only (2) sheets of plywood and some left over 1 by stock. The station has features such as the Kreg precision trak and stop system, deep drawers for storage and dust collection system.

I absolutely love your sense of humor and personality you bring to woodworking. There are a lot of dull woodworkers on the tube that make watching/learning from them almost impossible. Thank you good sir!

The station looks good and should serve you well. As for the Mistakes, they don't even exist as long as you can fix them. Remember the Only person who never made a mistake is the person who never did anything.

i like this as it actually looks like a work bench rather than some over engineered piece of furniture that's good enough for a front room, we all make mistakes and i'm happy you included them it helps others not to fall into the same traps, i'm a carpenter more framer really but i enjoyed your video well done.

May I make a suggestion if you are going to add the 'T track' to something again that you'll laminate? If you know your adding the track before you laminate, router the surface first then cut/trim the laminate with a flush trim bit. Or, if the track is an afterthought, protect the laminate by using flush cut bit and place the impromptu fence on the line you're going to laminate, then take a shallow first pass to cleanly go through the laminate.
