  • I'll show you how to install this free flowing exhaust tip and I will show you the before and after video with sound clips. This tip is marketed for a Yamaha Grizzly 700 ATV but bolts right on to the Honda Pioneer 700.
You can buy it here (Amazon Paid Link) amzn.to/3sTO2tF

I just put one of these on my new 700 today. Thanks for the tip! They really should market these for the Pioneer, I bet they would sell a ton.

Seems like making the outlet bigger would just decrease exit pressure.... so if you cross deep water it now can travel into and up your exhaust a lot easier to flood the motor

Thank you. I've had to explain this tip I don't know how many times🤣 The black one turns copper color. At Least it doesn't sound like a generator anymore.
I put high temp permatex on my threads.
I noticed you 700 is running rich or something? Good video

I couldn't hear much of a difference, but I was curious if you've had any problems where the headers meet the rear exhaust. I've been experiencing it seperating and causing excess noise.

Did it make any more power? Or just noise?

It's not really louder and definitely breaths better. I didn't Dyno it so I have no idea on power. It's not enough to feel any major difference.

Is that a backup light? Under the frame?

Yes it is. Here is a link to my video on adding one to the pioneer 1000, but it's the same on a 700 except the wiring for it is on the passenger side frame rail.czcams.com/video/R7OmK1eaq5s/video.html

I bought this tip based on this video. Power band seems smoother on low end. Top speed feels a tick faster.
