Imagine if Paul McCartney turned out to be a mini Jimi after he died? They`re going to have a field day with both Liverpool FC and Everton.. They wouldnt know what hit them.. The teams who finish at the top of the lower leagues then get promoted (And replace the relegated teams). No Dick joke here :)

Jimmy Saville was a famous TV personality who did the equivalent of "Make A Wish". He was from Leeds (although people forget he was a Liverpool fan), and ever since he was outed as the monster he was, Leeds United fans have been the subject of being mocked over it.
We generally receive "Jimmy Saville - he's one of your own", and we reply with something associated with the team singing it. So, for Swansea (a Welsh team) it's "he shagged all your sheep", Huddersfield (nicknamed the Terriers) it's "... all your dogs" and so on.
By the way, almost half of these clips are Leeds fans. One of if not the most hated club in the country thanks to the 1970s.

"Going down but straight back up" means that your team got relegated but will be just promoted the next season.
The European football league system has tiers. In that chant's context, the lads chanting must be from a Championship team (the second tier of English football). The said team goes down a tier, to League One, which is the third tier of English football.

At F1 races we all mix and get on fine with other team/driver supporters generally but football supporters a a different breed/mentality as this video clearly demonstrates!
