- The available 88-91 civic hatchback quarter and rocker panels from Mill Supply are fitted to my 88 CRX Si. Not an exact fit, but another step towards driving this old classic! #WeCars247

GREAT WORK BROTHER! you have much more patience and fab work skills then i do! lol shame no one makes rockers and quarter patches for these damn things yet. i currently have 4 crx's that need the same thing:/ good ole Pennsylvania winters! keep on killing it buddy!

if you dont take your time, there is no point of doing any of the work in the first place.
What wire does it take to do thin body panels? I have a wire welder .030 flux core. It won't go low enough, burns right through.
Did they make more si than they did the other models like the hf and dx
In 88 they made 18k Si models and around 31k base/hf models
@@WeCars247 oh ok reason why I hear everyone having si’s but hardly hf and dx
@@BRENDAJASON1 also si being top trim original owners were more likely to maintain/ keep them clean. Many a base model has been crushed compared to si

Why didn’t you just repair the red rear quarter from the crx and use that??
The red quarter wasn't in great shape and I figured just use the new metal. I'm not sure if that would've still been a better idea but I did what I did. Thanks for watching. 👍
