I'm really enjoying playing the Hippo. I feel like I'm in control when I get the 6 pawns on the 6th rank, ready to lock up any attack on my structure. And frequently I find myself bursting out after the opening, and cramping up white's space, turning what was a passive seeming position, into an agressive and solidly defended push.

I love your Hippo series. I'm not much of a bullet player but I can see the advantage of using this system with fast time controls. Takes them out of theory fast.

the great thing about the hippo is you can play like 20 moves without thinking, in other systems like london it only 5-7 moves without thinking really saves you time on the clock

Facts Alamgir! I think e4/d4/f4 and then quick f5 is probably the best reply against it that I need to study up on. That said, I don't see it a ton.

my opponent got wild when i played Hippo against them....unfortunately i lost all the games , nothing wrong with the hippo it's just i am not good at defence.

i play it all the time my account is carless-carlsen i always losein situation where i castle into pawn storm and when i forget to play a3 in white or h6 in black they can get my black p by thier black pishop and suddenly my position fall apart i broke 2320 max
now i fall to 2200
trying to play and getting crushed. Do not know what I am doing incorrect. ???

Blitz far superior to bullet chess , too many mistkes in bullet and far easier to follow the strategy and tactics in learning the Hippo .
Personal preference, bullet games teach nothing. Fun to play for young players. No value for teaching.

You didn't explain what the Hippo is. All you did was show us you playing chess. Why would people give a shit about your chess games when they can watch super GM's play?!
