There is 0% chance that Kramnik could ever be satisfied with the result. You could have him specify everything, even rules if something went haywire, and he would still NEVER say it was fair and show any respect towards his opponent. Go be a math scholar if you want to spend all your time crunching numbers dude.
But he said in the very beginning the outcome isn't that important, he just want online geniuses prove their skill in OTB games. Jospem destroyed Kramnik online, yet OTB they're about even and Kramnik is many years deep into retirement. How can this guy be compared to modern Tal or Magnus? @@peekay4 its russians at its finest
I would argue Kramnik is cheating. Not by any technical sense but by constantly whining about cheating, asking for special concessions and do overs which just places undue stress on your opponent. I feel like the chess community has bent over backwards to cater to his "cry wolf" tactics. He has yet to release any hard evidence confirming any real cheating. Claims of using maths without releasing evidence is blowing smoke.
Yes. Kramnik seems like a holdover in spirit from the old Soviet era players where wild accusations were made all the time and high level chess had surprisingly big sideshows like this that generally could throw a player off his game.
The only way to get hard evidence is when you catch someone actively doing it, which is impossible online.
What you are describing isn't cheating but it is abuse. Various different types of abuse, poor sportsmanship, inappropriate behaviour, rule breaking, etc, but not cheating per-se.
Irregardless, Kramnik is a window licker.
Fischer did the very same thing in his match against Spasky. Whining and whining, obstructing, until everyone was tired.
@@ourinator692 It's not impossible, but it would require a pretty stringent rule change. If online tournaments required cameras showing the player's full desk area, as well as their computer screen, you could catch someone cheating by looking at the footage. But that would mean to compete online you'd have to purchase a camera and a stand or mount. I personally don't think that's an unreasonable requirement for people who are playing for money, though.

If Kramnik had won the entire tournament I'm sure he would be satisfied with the tournament, but since he lost everything was bad in the tournament for him.
Well I can't blame Kramnik. Ever since I noticed that there were silent cheaters in a game called CS2, I started suspecting every player of cheating whenever they did something clutch or lucky. The simple knowledge of there could be cheaters makes you totally paranoid, especially when you're doing your best and still losing.
Of the 14 online games for today: 13 were played.
The 13th game was won by José, but it was discarded due lag.
So, of the 12 games Kramlink won 2 and drew 4. Alcantara won 6.
And in online games between Jospem and Kramnik there was 8-1-1 and 6-0 in TT with few games when Jospem just crushed Kramnik.
So from the situation that Jospem is like 150-200 more elo destroyer of Kramnik we moved to the situation that Jospem is good, younger GM who can win more games with Kramnik.
@@ElComendante1928 Do you know that in 3+2 time control before the match Kramnik had a lead? And that he had resign a game against Jospem on move 2? That online massacre is Kramnik under performing, not Jospem over performing as I see it.
@@user-cs4dq7ro8d No, I look at Jospem games and he easily have for example time advantage. With Kramnik like 30 seconds more time after opening and here we see that he had time problems and Kramnik more times have time advatnage of 10-15 seconds but Kramnik is a noob with mouse.
Now I want such match with Dubov where Jospem have even score with him online. I am almost 100% sure that Dubov with such circumstances, refeeres and even 3+1 would crush Jospem.
@@ElComendante1928 3+1 is not 3+2, and no matter how many times you copy/paste this nonsense, you still have no idea how to compare one set of data to another.
@@somerandomdudefes31 Give us match with Dubov, we will see who will crush who.
