I just finished up installing mine 😎 very impressed with the quality and strength. Pumped that it’s Australian made too 👌Mounted up to an ARB steel roof cage. The standard brackets don’t work with it so I fabricated my own.
I bought one and had it installed, went well for a while, loved it really. But one day a gust of wind broke an arm at the front join/axle. I contacted Bushwakka and they said that any damage by wind is not covered. It's a very heavy item and that means once its moving the momentum is strong. I wouldn't buy it again!
Hi Billy, the slide-out table on the Ranger is part of the GWorks tray and canopy, you can see more of it briefly in our other video here- czcams.com/video/GsBHfagMqH0/video.html
Thanks for the compliments Tyson! The tray and canopy was made by GWorks and has been awesome on all the trips we've taken it on, check them out here if you want to have a better look- www.gwrks.com.au
Not necessarily, Bushwakka awnings can be installed on a variety of mounting options, it really depends on if your current setup can support the weight of the awning with a secure fit.
We don't have an exact km rating but when the unit is free standing it can deal with some light wind. It is recommended to put pegs, ropes and poles in if wind or conditions are less than ideal however.
looks excellent 👌 so good with the lighting inbuilt white/orange as well!
Can’t wait to install mine have it sitting in the garage

Hey mate. Watch those handles on your door, they looked like they were touching the roof and will not like strong wind.

Hey mate, just wondering about the total weight of your ranger with your setup, legal??
I would like to see how you pack it away, in the video you set up and pack away, but no pack away 😕 could you please show us how easy it is 😁
What is the difference between darkness series and just a regular ?
Hi just asking are the mounting bolts which clamp the mounting plate to the bracket 10 mm?
What is the area coverage of the awning, can't find any mention of its m². Thanks.
Could you use the awning with a flexiglass canopy on a triton ute the canopy has the heavy duty roof racks rated to 150kg
Hey boys I've got the same roof rack on a ranger. What solar panel did you fit up there
Do you have deals with an 270 awning and shower tent

Is it better to have a canopy to install?
Not necessarily, Bushwakka awnings can be installed on a variety of mounting options, it really depends on if your current setup can support the weight of the awning with a secure fit.
What wind speed is it rated to with and without the pole?
We don't have an exact km rating but when the unit is free standing it can deal with some light wind. It is recommended to put pegs, ropes and poles in if wind or conditions are less than ideal however.
