Thank you for your lessons .You are a very good teacher and kind person 👌 👏 🙂
Thank you! 😃
I really enjoyed your lesson on prepositions, I’d like to get another one in a near future if possible. I made 3 mistakes, agree with instead of agree on, but the good thing is that I know why now, with persons we use agree with but with a topic we use agree on. The last 2 mistakes in the same sentence... to go over the bridge, not on the bridge. The last one, I should have known that one, the get into the city, I wrote in the city... I know when there’s mouvement we use into or onto. Thanks so much ! That lesson also allowed me to practice my writing as you can see, I’m killing 2 birds with one stone he he :) Your very good at what you’re doing, we can feel your enthusiasm and pleasure to teach us, keep it up ! Steve

My pleasure. Glad you enjoyed the quiz.
Hi Wes, you've rocked my world by telling that jealous is used only with OF. The more you live the more you learn. So, people saying jealous ABOUT are mistaken or not native speakers, aren't they? What gives? (I hope I'm using this expression properly.) After your explanation I came up to my mind with an idea that watching American series without subtitles sometimes makes my English worse. I should be more picky and particular about selecting TV-shows for learning purposes.
Thanks for commenting & sharing with us Paul. Glad you were able to join yesterday's live-lesson. Hope you have a great week! 😃👍

I’m addicted to IE !!! 😂😂😂 I never started to smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol because I know I’ll be addicted to. 😅 When I was younger, in the 90’s, I was a game addict, a real HARDCORE GAMER who can play an entire weekend to finish ZELDA or any game.😊 Fortunatelly, I changed my priorities since then. (My family 😉)
Thanks for sharing with us Francisco. I'm also quite familiar with Zelda, although it took me a while to get through the Lost Woods. 😂👍

Hello Wes what ‘ s the different of object and reject . Thank you.
Thanks teacher
You are welcome. Thanks for commenting & checking out the quiz. 👍
@@InteractiveEng thank you very much.I appreciate your comment...about my following lesson
We use ‘ at’ with holidays but if we add the word Day to the holiday, we use ‘ on’ instead. So, it’s at Thanksgiving or at Christmas but on Christmas Day or on Easter Day.
Correct me if I’m wrong, though?
Wes could you say: to drive through the bridge to get at the city?
I'd say 'drive over' or 'drive across.' 👍

I. in
II. at
III. on

Thanks Roberto. I'll keep that in mind for future lessons. 😊
Mohammad J. Shamim Thanks for the tip! ;) I know Rachel's English lessons, she is great, indeed. Nevertheless, I assume I am more capable of imitating male voice and intonation than female.

I hope you answer quickly cause it's really urgent.

Hi Bassam. In you sentence, the word "couple" is a collective noun that would take a singular verb. "The couple is..." 👍

Over the summer we have become accustomed to the hot weather.
Accustomed to living in another country.
I am addicted to interactive English.

Sometimes we don’t agree on anything.
Sometimes we don’t agree on anything.
I don’t agree with you.
Took a quite while
Many restaurants prohibit people from smoking in restaurants.
He is standing by the window wondering where she is.
Great job, Fatia. Thanks for participating in the lesson. 👍
Wes is renowned for being a brilliant English teacher on utube.
Thanks! I appreciate it. Have a good one. 👍
Through the bridge to get to the city
Thanks for commenting & participating in the lesson. Keep it up! 👏
Wes, can we say standing by the window if so whats the diffrence between by and at ???
Yes, you can say BY. The meanings somewhat similar but not exact. BY is talking about what you're next to or close to while AT is talking about a specific location. In my example, both would work. But if I say "He's at the mall," we cannot use BY in this sentence. 😃👍
5) I'm addicted TO Interactive English
what about 'blowing one's own trumpet'?
1000 thanks, preposition was difficult to me but today I ve understood more
Glad you enjoyed the lesson & found it useful. Thanks for commenting & have a great day. 😊
