    INFO:
We have an existing wiper blade positioning video referencing the factory "tick marks" on the windshield- they look like a capital "I" or two "T's" rightside up and upside down. These are the starting positions for the wiper blades if you need to reset them. However, as pointed out by Bill N. and a few other drivers, not all windshields have these tick marks so we wanted to give you a ballpark estimate of where to place your wipers. The goal is to have them parallel when at rest. This means if you run your wiper motors without the wiper arms on, you turn off your wipers and let them return to their starting position. Then uses these measurements to get them parallel.
    NOTES:
    1. Driver's side wiper arm is above. Passenger side is below.
    2. Parallel is key.
    3. They can be close together as long as they do not touch when they turn off and go back to rest.
    4. Any ruler will work as long as your starting "0 inches" is at the top edge of the rubber wiper cowl at the base of the glass windshield.
Thanks and please share if this works or not with you in the comments below!

I have a suggestion for a tutorial series:
    Engine Bay Maintenance & Tune-up
    Topic Suggestions
    1. Spark Plug Replacement
    2. Replace Engine Oil & Filter
    ...Replace Transmission/Differential Fluid (4WD)
...Replace Engine Bay & Cabin Air Filters
...Replace/clean the various valves, gaskets, and sensors (MAF, PCV, etc.)
I think this would be great! A series of videos that Ford Escape owners can use for regular DIY maintenance & tune-ups. I suggest this because I have problems remembering all the items needed to be checked & changed during a tune-up. Sure, you can just go to the mechanic for a tune-up, but I do enjoy spending time working on my vehicle.

Hey @Sjon Jones- thanks so much for the suggestion- I love the idea of better organized playlists- per your idea, I started making general buckets for the videos- please take a look at the playlists now- I've added a bunch and organized them. There are still the older existing playlists that kind of seem out of place now, but I appreciate your thinking of other users and how to make the channel better! That being said, I'm not sure if you were aware, but we made an app this year that (I believe) has everything you're referring to- it's all our youtube content plus tips, specs, parts links, a customizable notepad feature for keeping track of maintenance records, recall lookups and more... and it's hyper organized and searchable. The app is called "Rahrena" and you can download it from the Google Play and Apple App stores- just FYI, it is a membership app, but the fee is really low per year - less than a 5qt jut of synthetic oil. The goal was to make something that is super convenient, informative, and organized that could faster connect drivers to their solutions on their Escape. The membership was created to be affordable but also to support the channel to keep making content like we have been! The app is a free download, but you just visit our website www.howtoescape-rahrena.com/rahrena-app if you download the app and decide you'd like to join! We'd love your support if you think you're interested. Sorry to make this long winded, but it seemed like something you may enjoy using! Give a shout on what you think about the new playlist setup when you have a chance as well- would love your thoughts! Thanks again for your time and thoughts for the channel :) I really appreciate your enthusiasm! -Richard (Rahrena)

Can you please make a video on how to change Driver side mirror for ford escape. I looked it up everywhere on online but there aren't many videos showing how to do so properly. Thank you.

Hi there! Of course- we have a 2013 Ford Escape that we feature on this channel- would you be looking for a full mirror assembly removal procedure with reverse steps for installing the replacement? Or are you just looking to replace certain components within the mirror assembly? I would be happy to assist if possible- thanks!

      @@HowToEscapeDIYTipsandReviews full mirror replacement please.
      Thank you 😊

@@NepaliGamingHub I can do that! As mine is not currently in need of replacement, the video would just show accessing the attachment point, removing and disconnecting wiring, and then reinstalling as if it were a new assembly. Is it ok if I mention your name as "Nepali G. H." in the video as the person requesting the tutorial?

This only works if they are already aligned. If they aren't aligned and keep hitting each other and getting stuck mid sweep, this doesn't address the problem

Hey there! Sorry for the delayed response- just to make sure I'm on the same page- are you saying this only works if the wiper motors are in the right position first?
