As someone who got this scooter for a family member:
1. It is large and for outdoor/ terrain use. Not indoor.
2. Buy a lot of spare inner tubes (unless you wanna check tire pressure religiously) you’ll wait for shipping and you’ll need at least one or 2 inner tubes per year and the size is a little confusing. Check tire pressure!!
3. It is enormous compared to what you’d think of as a normal mobility scooter
4. It is a luxury item, it’s expensive, and it’s for people that need to get around the neighborhood, to the fishing dock; distances, etc. so expect to have maintenance costs. (Again, pneumatic tires)
5. If you are severely limited with mobility/ handicapped, it’s not small or compact to be easily used as a daily get around. It is literally a transporter/ small (electric car.)
6. It’s fast and it goes far. (Not 35 miles) but again, it will need attention to tires and inner tubes. They are low profile tires, so you’ll treat your tires like a sports car’s tires.
7. Headlight isn’t super bright like a car, but serves purpose.
8. Did I mention keeping the tire pressure in spec??
9. You’re retiree friends will be jealous. It’s the Tesla model S of scooters.. literally.
Hello Marc. 2 questions.the front 2 Tiller lights. Are they also signals and is there a way to keep them on . Not sit if you're familiar with the 'scooterpac. Weather protection thingy if so will it fit and secure to the front bumper?

I have a shop rider mobility scooter .just fitted new twin batteries and new motor brushes .have a small problem when wanting to stop in the forward mode to reverse .no response in reverse and no response when I try to go forward . The only way I can continue forward , is switch off and then switch on . Can some one tell me why ?...

Thank you Marc. Unfortunately most of the things you showed us are inherent on most of todays upper rangs scooters. Personally my biggest interest was the 900watt motor. Many reviewers tend to forget the reason for purchasing a new scooter is its performance, rather than its fancy features. As you may have guessed by my interest in the big motor the 22" seat is an option I will need.

@@Marcsmobility I'm just looking to buy my 1st scooter and the features I'm looking for are definitely available in this scooter here. Swivel, larger size thicker cushioned seat. Adjustable seat and tiller. Having a fused hip and a leg that doesn't bend I need the extra length too.

Ya but if you use it everyday they wear out I have had two in the past three years. The bushing and brushes started making noise.
I have one of these Scooter, I purchased it in 2015 and it is Awesome. I paid $3700.00 for mine from a local dealer, it's 2018 now ive haven't had any problems out of it. I ride it too Parks, and Large out door place, Drive Through also......everything he said is true except one thing it rides smooth only on smooth surfaces only, it get alot of attention when out riding. In my Opinion it's worth every Dollar if......

If he not to old and likes going on walking paths I would seriously consider getting a Daymak Boomer Beast 2.0. You'll pay the same if not less as this one and it's 10 times the machine this one is. Just a suggestion as I had one as was frustrated with the speeds. 10 Mph to me is just frustratingly slow,... that's just me though,... *: )*
I like the big sporty looking wheels and the compact seat which is better than the old-fashion bulky captain seat. Good design and style also play an important part of consumers choice. Good length is also critical to be able to fit into elevator of high-rise building. Again I must stress that there is enough leg room for people with longer legs. The Ventura could not fit people with long legs (1.72 m tall).

How does it cost
Does the seat come off completely, say for loading into the back of a minivan? My old one we could just push a lever and lift off the entire seat to make it fit and that's what I'm looking for now. Thanks in advance for any help!

No, it cannot. It is not built to withstand Canadian Winters and the rain would definitely be an issue.

The tires on this scooter are all-terrain flat-free tires so you shouldn't get any flat tires. Unfortunately this scooter is no longer available. The factory has discontinued production on this model. You can possibly find one of these used on eBay if you're still interested in this particular scooter. And if my insurance only covers half of my medical equipment how much would it be 😄😊 be nice to have one of those to get around in my yard cuz our yard is bumpy and my walker I use for outside gets stuck in some unleved parts of our yard when I go out and garden. I’d like to put in some walkways but $$$. I’m going to try to put tires on an old laundry cart that are bigger I don’t use on my walker and see if that helps 🤷🏻♀️😌

900W motor is large. Anyone tell me is this brushless or brushed type. How many batteries and voltage and Amp hours of each. I do wish Scooter manufacturers would agree to use kWhr max of battery sets. That is Voltage rating of one battery, multiplied by Ahr of that battery multiplied by the number of batteries. This way we can compare distances more objectively.
Is there something as fast as the Rapture, but that can take rough sidewalks. Our local sidewalks are real bad. Thank you.

It possibly could but I am not sure. There is a disk brake and I have never looked into that.
The brake is really just for looks. The unit stops very fast just like any other power chair or scooter.

Puttin it in a car, how much ease is it
Are people hesitant to get a scooter? My spine is all messed up and i am at that in between stage where I can walk but it is hard and gradually getting harder no matter all the PT. I would feel silly being in one knowing I can walk, but I'd expect that feeling is quite common. Dad keeps trying to talk me into getting one. This one looks less old person. I am 50.

So, my brother CANT WALK, exsactly he walk just into the home, with crashiess and he need vehicle like this but with SPECIAL PARAMETERS - so, High of seat MUST be atleast 56cm from bottom of stil plate, SEAT must be WIDE atleast 33-35cm with possiblitie back of seat CAN set up per degrees because he cant move hips and he sit half-lieing, those 2 parameters NEEDS a "chopper gouvernal" because he CANT bend over that grabb the gouvernal - then you must "bring" gouvernal to him.
Also a wideness of vehicle CAN be bigger from safety reasson of stability ... Can you MADE those beast per this parameters?
