I just bought a Drive Phoenix HD 4 and was told ..."That's only for OUTDOOR USE!" I thought a disabled person could also use them INSIDE stores, etc. Would you please comment on this issue?? I NEED THIS SCOOTER so I can do my own shopping, but now I'm worried!

I always think about security. Do you make a trailer with a closed lid and lock ? I don't want anyone throwing things in or taking things out.
