For mut players, running 2 inside stuffs helps out a TON and I highly reccomend doing it to sotp the run .(Get run stopping archetypes, Preferibly DT'S as they get it for 1 ap each)
Yep, double inside stuff can be BRUTAL to go against. Might start using it myself!
I run two inside stuffs but my opponents still run the ball down my throat🥲

Hey spruce ! I really love your videos your 335 Defense scheme helped out a ton and introduced me to the world of zone drops I'm currently 80 wins to 30 losses on regs thanks to you.
I have been struggling with run defense however and the shoot the gap big Nickel over g play isn't working on current gen for whatever reason the center just blocks my path (on current gen)
Any tips or idea would be helpful I've tried it so far only on practice maybe it works better in game ?

Is the a limit to pre snap inputs like a global cool down for lack of better terminology?
Some of my pre snap inputs don't materialize as emotes from the quarterback.
As I set my run play pre-snap, I like to set one pf my receivers as a streak route, it doesn't confuse the CPU defense ha
Still playing 21 because I'm a noob an I don't have time to play on-line, so I was shocked that face of the, was just terrible with constant simmed games, so I switched to a scrambling QB an franchise an and having a great time on franchise less than 2 months an your efforts have changed up my game, I can win from behind on Pro difficulty now, when just a week or two ago I was wondering how on earth I could even throw a pass on pro without being intercepted.
It's wild how when I couldn't compete after all on pro I could put up almost 100 points on easy, yet the success at that level didn't seem to relate to pro, yet as I figured out how to dictate the offense an have been getting better at finding the open receiver, or I just cheese it like TB12 an abuse the size advantage of my TE for constant 1st downs.
Also question about your website. Is there a way to buy a e book without being a member? Like do you sell them separately? Also do you have written versions of everything with the e book like what buttons to press for adjustments and stuff?
Excellent question! I wanted to have it setup so that you can buy ebooks individually, but unfortunately with Squarespace they don't have that functionality (but I have requested to have it added). The membership unlocks everything though, so you could just do a membership for one month, learn everything you want, and then cancel before it renews. I do written and video breakdowns for every play, but for the written part it's more of a list of "Shift the o-line right" and "Block the TE" than saying the particular buttons

Hey man! The voting was basically a 3-way split for Bunch TE, U Trips, and Spread Y Flex. I think I've decided for Bunch TE I'm gonna recommend people check out Civil since he's the best Bunch TE player in the world and there's nothing I could add to his scheme. So I think it'll be for one of the other schemes!
Is the pass plays in your gun trips te e book the only ones I need for my offense?
It can be! Everyone has certain preferences for every scheme, so I'd recommend using it as a baseline while also trying out some of your own things

I’m new to madden is there anyway I can automatically tell which way a run is going or is it a guessing game
Hey man! It's just a guessing game, but most people will run 1) to the side with more blockers, or 2) to the wide side of the field
what should i do if i want to have a ton of abilities to stop the pass on my linebackers and db’s, but there isn’t enough Ability Points for me to get all the run stopping abilities???

I wish EA would just make it so you dont need abilities to stop something consistently
I'm a round about way, it makes it match up to reality, in the past, let's say pre TB 12 an Peyton, there were multiple eras where running the ball was paramount to teams success, sure every Era was dominated by a QB with a legendary arm, yet if they could run the ball they would routinely, so of you expose your opponents inability to stop the run then that's the play, when stopped routinely everyone goes to throwing the ball, it's a super strategic sport.
