Back then IP Man picked the wing tsun English spelling over wing chun. But it really doesn't matter ad it is originally 2 Chinese characters... I mostly spell it as wing chun but it means the same for me as wing tsun. Mostly because non wing chun practitioners spell it as wing chun so I go with it.
Excellent "performance"! For an "outsider" it may not seem impressive but for us - practitioners of the style - a real gem.
