I like the subtleness of the Larimer but I really like the Pool ones. ❤ Another great tutorial. Thanks for the shortcut in the beginning by folding translucent clay for less cuts.
These are gorgeous and right up my alley. Larimar is one of my favorites and getting pricey. Wish I'd bought more years back when I first learned of it off a Caribbean Cruise. I have a darling pair of earrings and bought a pair for a friend, too. Am going to make myself several pieces and a ring is definitely in mind.
This is simply an amazing tutorial! Thank you for showing and explaining every single step.❤ Larimar is my favorite stone, and I've been fortunate enough to visit the Dominican Republic (the only place in the world it is mined) numerous times to add to my very large collection of loose stones (loads of cut and raw) and jewelry.
I love this tutorial, but I have a question… how did you get all that clay in your pasta machine to make the Skinner blend? Or am I misunderstanding something? ❤
I have a Lucy Clay pasta machine and used it to create the blend. I wanted to make a bigger cane than usual. You don't need to use this much clay to make the cane.
The instructions on measuring for your colour recipes is genius! Thanks for sharing
