1 ½ lb fresh okro
2 lb fresh molokhia leaves / jute leaves
2 medium sized onions
1 ½ lb beef and cow skin
2 lb red snapper
3 medium sized blue crabs (0.6 lb)
½ lb tripe
½ lb snails
3 pieces kako (salted shark fish)
1 Maggie shrimp tablet
25 g fresh ginger root
6-8 mixed color habanero or scotch bonnets
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tsp baking soda / potash (kanwu)
Salt to taste

You can find some in Asian Supermarkets. It is a hit or miss though.
Pls where do you get ayoyo leaves and snails to buy?
I bought those particular snails from the African market. Every now and then we find ayoyo in the Asian markets. Asians eat it too.

It looks delish but you don't cook okra with salt, plus try cooking your okra with lots of blended onions instead of baking soda and you'll still get the slime consistency.

I use stew and soup interchangeably a lot when it come to okro. You’ll have to bear with me. This consistency is more of stew to me though.
