- Today Mama makes us some lip smacking ab3nkwan. Well you know that saying that goes, "obiara Maame abenkwan y3 no d3"? I totally agree.
Ingredients:
1 lb sun dried palm nut pulp
⅓ cup Turkey berries
3 oz amane
3.3 oz ankwawona
2 oz prekese (aidan fruit)
0.8 lb blue crab
2. 5 oz snail
1.3 oz sea snail
4 plum tomatoes
5.2 oz cow skin
2 oz kako
3 oz superku
1.2 lb tuna
0.8 lb adwene
3.3 oz lb 'odontwe'
2 large onions
3 habaneros
2 oz ginger
4 cloves garlic
1 large eggplant

The subtitles didn’t work for me but no matter I watched from beginning to end. To watch your Mother using expert tools…her hands to lovingly prepare the food was so satisfying to behold! Temperature hot or cold did not appear to effect this Master Chef. We now bear witness to how you became a Master Chef in your own rite!
