Just found out that one of the wooden bridges on our planned route for Sunday has been condemned and closed (thanks Ande). Rather than trying to cross the river itself I have an alternative loop which leaves from the same meeting point. It’s only 19 miles long but with 1,800 feet of climbing there’s a wee bit of work in it. Thought it best to try to let everyone know. All other details are the same. 10 am meet for 10.15 départ. Have found out that one of the bridges has been condemned on the originally planned route Andrew so I’ve changed the route to one which is only 19 miles long although it does have 1,800 feet of climbing. This is the video of the last time we did the replacement route.
