About: Young Sheldon is an American coming-of-age sitcom television series for CBS created by Chuck Lorre and Steven Molaro. Georgie has one thing in common with Sheldon. He is relentless when he sets his mind on a goal. Unlike Sheldon he’s genuinely likable.
They are also both geniuses
I suppose if having a knack for selling and having the ability to turn a small business into a huge business is considered as a type of genius then Georgie is a genius.

It is known throughout time that once a man has a purpose/reason to live, fight and be absolute badass. That man becomes AN UNSTOPPABLE FORCE IN NATURE. Find your purpose/reason and see how u will be too

Imma ruin y'all's days. What if Mandy tragically dies. So he never really divorced her but she would always be his first and only wife he actually loved. The next 3 were all just to fill the void she left.

I understand missy saying about her only having one brother, then mary saying what about sheldon. And missy is like yeah I guess. ) I mean of all the things sheldon done and made her feel les important or sidelined, georgie too but he overcame with the girls and then with mandy. Missy always felt like she had to compete with her twin, which is why she teased him alot and then why she outed him and turned on him. As the youngest, I also agree with what she is saying. No one in my family are geniuses. But i was always the loud mouth child that got in trouble alot, and my brother was the perfect angel that could do no wrong. He's the oldest and were 4 years apart. So sometimes i would do stuff to get attencion or try and compete which only led me in more trouble. Although I consider my mom a much much better parrent and person then mary cooper ever was, we were alot and maybe she didnt always have the fair judgement but she is a great mom.

They already changed a few things over the course of Young Sheldon and with how popular this was with fans I doubt they slipt them up

My brother is 28 and he is mistaken for middle schooler all the time. I can never blame someone who has sex with an underage person if they were lied to about the age. Why is it their fault that they were lied to?
Sarah Hyland was 22 in the 5th season in Modern Family and she looks like a high schooler. You remember the look on Mandy’s face when Georgie revealed his age; it is obvious that she never would’ve slept with him if she had known. Why should I hate someone who was lied to and didn’t know?

@ssk_ssk04 well it is an alternate timeline. Because they did confirm in TBBT that it was George cheating and not a workaround. Even the description of how it happened doesn't line up with Young Sheldon.

I would like to go out of the way and point out that Mrs. Sparks is a real one. She drove there and stayed until an actual adult arrived and then had to deal with all their family bullshit. (That’s not counting if she was actually having an affair with his dad or not.)

I can’t tell you what to do because 16 year olds are usually not willing to hear things out when it comes to their relationships, but please for the love of god know that age-gap couples working out are EXTREMELY rare, especially if the younger party is considered underage by most of the world.
I’m 19 now and the thought of dating someone as young as you is almost unfathomable. There just too much of a maturity gap between 16 and 21 that you really need to re-evaluate whether he/she is the type of person you want to spend your time around. Usually, only people that haven’t matured past high school still go after people your age. Most adults try to find other adults within a more appropriate age range.
I’m sorry if this all sounds a bit condescending, but having seen a lot of my friends have their lives ruined because of older men who tried to take advantage of their lack of experience, I can’t in good faith keep calm about all this. Please, if you don’t want to end the relationship, at least let your parents know you’re dating them (though I hope they already know and you’re are doing this under their supervision), and if you can’t do that, tell a few close friends.
Make sure you finish your education and don’t elope if you think you’d have to depend on them financially. Be extra cautious with protection if you’re having sex. Make sure they’re not using their age as an excuse for why they’re “right” in an argument, or as a way that makes you feel like you have no right to question their decisions. If they tries to brush off the age gap, that’s generally a huge red flag because in this case, IT IS significant, and the chances of it working out are pretty much zero if they choose not to acknowledge that.
I hope it works out well, that they’re loving and supporting of your academic (and also non-academic) prospects, and encourages you to not be dependent on them and develop your own free-thinking- but just know that the statistics are against you, that there is a very high chance of abuse happening in such relationships, and decide for yourself whether this person is worth taking such a big risk for. Run at the second red-flag, is what I’d say (the first is that they’ve chosen ti date you in the first place, but oh well).
