    Your burnout and being irritated is normal. It’s a long training block. I hope you do well at your race.

    I can relate to a LOT you're saying. I swell really bad too after long runs. I started to feel pretty fed up with training, not really seeing improvement and casually running half marathons+ so often was demotivating me. I make weekly videos too and some weeks it's a lot... but, recently went up to 19 miles and for some reason that made me really happy because I'm getting closer to tapering. We gotta be proud of ourselves for running, making videos and being so consistent haha!

    When the headspace is bad it is really difficult to get out of it! I think taking that break during the run can be helpful-I'll do that and then say something like "ok, are you ready now?" to which I respond "no, but let's go" which for some reason always makes me feel better-idk if that's because I'm acknowledging the crapness of the run or because here I am talking to myself and myself is responding!

    Honestly, whenever I feel burned out, due to work or some other reason I watch my favorite feel good films like The Mummy or Ella Enchanted, or a Cinderella Story 🤣You should watch Brittany Runs A Marathon. I know the burnout is burning, but just remember that you are an exceptional human and you are doing great. It's normal to feel over it, or tired. You're human. 🙂

    Your leg pain with the Saucony could be a couple of things... Drop of the shoe could be different to what you're used to and causing issues
    The shoe fits weird and is causing you to land differently causing pain after your run
    Recommendation would be to film your stride in both shoes and see if anything is different...or it's like you said and the arch is bad for your feet 🤷

    I selfishly hope to keep seeing your updates. But the most important stuff is to have fun. So if the videos are making you feel burned out, maybe pause them for a while to see if it makes you feel better?
    I think that's normal to sometimes feel that way. Don't be hard on yourself on those days/weeks; it will eventually return to normal.
