Can Report Server update the data automatically when we update the database?

Yes it can. And good question BTW, my next tutorial was about that, and you asked it before I could upload the video.

While upgrading the sql server 2017 to 2019 it is asking for uninstall reporting services after upgrade we are unable to proceed

Well, I do not recommend mixing partial products of different versions. I would have deleted the entire SSMS along with all connected tools, and installed a fresh copy of new version, along with all those tools. (That is if upgrade did not work). Otherwise, I have upgraded many times, dont remember having this kind of problem. If you are working in an office, better ask the IT guys.
