Followed the steps but at the end no data is populated in the report. what can be the reason? plz help

I am not able to drag and drop the fields into the Values Section. Is there anyone facing the same problem? How can I move forward?
Perhaps try double-clicking the fields. If that doesn't work, maybe right-click a field and see if it gives you any options
