I like the tool free blade change, my black and decker mains powered jigsaw has a tiny little screw which is a bloody pain to not lose every time I changed blades, great review as always Dave all the best to your family 👍👍👍

Thanks mate appreciate that. Yeah tool free blade changes are the way to go. My older jigsaws had tiny grub screws which rounded off so couldn't tighten blade & it would fall out

Yeah I find jigsaws are perfect for small awkward cuts or for cutting shapes

Great review dave this is a tool i will be looking at getting, having a work light on it will make a difference to i also think being able to swap out the batteries with a different make also puts it ahead of more costly makes which in my opinion is a brilliant benefit

Hiya Dave.... Trust all is well. I have a Ryobi jigsaw and it has lain in the box for some time but have been using it lately and it is a goody. Not as good as my Makita and De Walt corded but if the Evolution is as good as this is then buyers should be happy. Battery design and interchangeability have always irked me, Cheers, Bob (Weston s Mare)
