I just listened to a conversation among friends in Florida. They do not care about his indecency...gas prices were down and he ran the country like a businessman. I am the only Democrat/progressive in our entire group. I just shake my head. They are clueless and they won't listen to actual facts. I live in Florida in a 55+ community. The weird thing is they are otherwise nice people. They care about their neighbors and it's been a great community... this was the first time I had ever heard the group talk politics. It is hard for me to mesh together that I loved the community, with their politics.

I am not taking this election for granted. My big worry is the gerrymandering in electoral states and other states.

As for the price of insurance in Florida, I think it is important to talk about construction regulations. Regulations are there to protect people, prperties and buildings. Insurance costs increase when there are claims, in part because regulations have not been followed.
Its going to get worse with all the ILLEGALS coming into Florida. And by the way its has nothing to do with Hurricanes. They have records back to the 1800's of even worse Hurricans than we have seen. Its about the cost of replacement because of the ELITE CORPORATIONS stuffing the pockets of Democrats with kickbacks. Democrat Bob Menendez could tell you all about that...
