I own both and love them both, though they're stronger in different areas. If noise cancelling is the priority, then Sony, though the Bose are very good at that, just not as strong. The Bose are better fitting if you don't have a large head. Bose is very strong for nuance in music and the 45s have good bass, but the Sony's have the rumble factor.
@@zoewynne8433 I’d be using them for PC audio. Mix of gaming, video editing, and work conference calls. No cables and canceling the noise from the fam while I work late are nice too. If I love them more then my AirPodsPros then maybe I’d use them for recreational use as well. Thanks for helping @zoewynee8433
