All this time and effort put into wireless audio when wired audio has been able to put out premium sound for many years. Is a wire really that bad to these people? I love wired headphones especially while exercising, if they pop out they are attached by a wire, if you need to take one out, it's attached by a wire and just hangs there. And they sound better. And they don't have microwaves blasting your head for hours. Win win.

I have just ordered the Momentum 4 Over Ear headphones and Momentum 4 TWS ear buds. This was my first Sennheiser product and I was not impressed with either. Especially the ANC, neither actually cancels noise 100%. I can still hear outside noise while ANC is at the max. I will be returning both as that is not acceptable for this price point. Also most phones do not support the aptX Codec which is needed for lossless audio quality therefore making Sennheisers audiophile sound unreachable for most devices.

I'm using a regular semi-professional audio tuning app to dial in the sound of my FP XL, I don't care what kind of presets they come with. I don't think audio device makers should try to hit the sweet spot of every single user if it means compromising too much, it's way better to provide good hardware and leave the audio tuning to the personal taste of the customer.

Don't need ANC? I love my dual driver Soundpeats Engine 4 with a solid app and battery life with LDAC... CAN'T beat them for $40 US.

Great list. I have the Liberty 4 NC but I'm looking for another option for affordable buds with ANC. I might go with the Galaxy FE buds as they're cheaper here than the Nothing Ear A. The latter look really cool though.
