Charlie, watch "The Good Place", it tackles the afterlife without ever answering any of the big questions or afflicting with religion. In that show, you'll see the 3rd Hemsworth brother, and it's spectacular. It's directed by Michael Shur, the same guy that wrote and directed "The Office", "Brooklyn 9-9", "Parks and Recreation", and I believe "Community". There's for sure more but he always comes out with bangers.
