Porgy (SCUP) Fishing! His 1st Time Party Boat Fishing!! Too Many Fish Caught for the Video!

Went out on a late summer evening trip aboard the Sea tiger II out of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Took my boy out for his first time on a party boat and we went out for Porgies AKA Scup. We had a blast as we caught so many fish I couldn't include them all for this video, the video would've been too long! We fished in the Raritan Bay and fished with medium heavy conventional gear, 30 lb braid, 20 lb leader, 8 oz bank sinkers tied to a High-Low Rig with small stops of clam!

Jersey and north, we call them party boats. When I was this lads age my grandfather we take me out of NJ on a party boat. Even if you have your own boat, it worth at least once for youth to take in the party boat. Delaware and south head boat = Party boat best I can tell.

Party boats or head boats, it's the same thing. You're right everyone has to do a party boat at least once even if you own a boat! It's always a great experience and time regardless of whether you catch or not!
