Fluke Fishing w/ Zman Doormatador Plastics! Party Boat Fishing!

This was my first time fishing with Zman saltwater soft plastics. They perform great! They have incredible action and will last through the jaws of fluke, seabass, and even bluefish! They come with procure scent on them but it washes off after a short time, you do need to add scent afterwards. This will not replace Gulp baits but they will add another option to your arsenal. The action alone will get you bites! They do come in different colors and shapes. Definitely give them a try!

i see you jigging the rod alot are you trying to keep bottom?

I generally start out with a rapid jigging motion while trying to maintain bottom contact, if that gets me bites I stick with it. However if it's not producing I start to change the cadence of the jig and start playing with different colors. I have had success with a simple lift of the rod, where the jig does a large hop across the floor.
