Being at home, then France rightfully have to be considered the favourites. Most are therefore predicting a France vs NZ final but it's going to be an Ireland vs France final & the Irish are finally going to break their duck.
The 2 big tournament shocks will be Argentina winning their group ahead of England & Scotland coming out of their group ahead of SA.

Id say Scotland makimg it out with SA is more of a reasonable one. I think Ireland might have peaked a bit too early as wales did in 2019. South Africa are still defending champs and I'd say they'll most probably make up a very tough fight in the pool stages.
