And she's just getting started!
Great work Diana and congratulations! Though not with MovNat, at 53 I'm training my body to be stronger and fitter (and more useful), mostly in the bush and am interested in looking closer at the MovNat way. Cheers from Sydney - Dave
Thanks, Dave! Let us know if there's anything we can help with as you begin your Natural Movement journey.
Good work Dave, I too am 53 but can still move better and am stronger than a lot of much younger people, I need it for my job. Movnat is ideal for improving your mobility, reducing pain and injury, and giving you a focus. Good luck

Great story, thanks for sharing! Almost weekly, I recommend Katy B to people I meet on the trails or wherever. I really need to find a Movnat trainer.

@@MovNat 96 miles is the closest to me and online sounds very lonely 😪 Thanks, tho.

Here's some more info about MovNat Mobility: movnat.com/mobility
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️
Nice! So what happens if someone does not pass certain moves? Do they need to take the course again in the future and pay again? How many moves can you fail (percentage-wise) and still pass? How many moves are there per course? thank you.
Hi Alien! Great name :D There is a grace period for any tests that were failed at the certification. So, you can repeat tests at home; filming yourself and submitting the videos to your instructor for evaluation. The grace periods are as follows:
Level 1 Certification: 3 month grace period for retesting
Level 2 Certification: 6 month grace period for retesting
Level 3 Certification: unlimited grace period for retesting
Too bad the sound is not better
What gym is this???
