So as an older (56) person who's fit and active but lacks mobility (and maybe core strength?) to comfortably do just the beginning part of this (legs overhead, toes touching ground behind head), and feels strain in the neck when turning head to side as feet come overhead, I'm hoping progression and lots of practice is the key. I'm doing the MovNat 50+ cert in Jan. so videos like this are super helpful. What a joy to know getting older doesn't have to mean rusting out. Thanks very much for this video!
Thank you for the opportunity to contribute to the MovNat movement and make this video!
Great tutorials! Thank you. You make the movements look "easy" and pleasurable.
You, my good sir, are most excellent. I love MoveNat but really find your instructions helpful.
Really like your technique. I am aging with osteoporosis but have yoga and ballet in my lifelong discipline. Broke my wrist falling from a push last year so hope to avoid future breaks particularly in the hip. Thanks for the insights.
This is the only video I've been able to find that break down how to perform the roll, thank you
You're welcome, glad to hear it helped!
Need to teach this at my BJJ class. Even the higher belts are terrible at rolls
Yeah, BJJ players should strive to be at "no hands" roll level!
What an informative video. Love the details. Thank you!!
Thanks for the kind words!
Excellent progression vid. Rock ‘n’ roll!😎
Great instruction - thank you.

Really great instructional video! On those surfaces too!!?😂💪 I am a barefoot runner and mostly trail run. I have been doing concrete work now up to 8 miles so I know what this takes. Can't wait to see your other videos.

Hello my fellow roller enthusiast
☺🙃😉
Can't hear
My mic isn't very good. I am no longer editing my videos on my phone, so you can expect the next one to be louder. Thanks for the feedback!
guess that big man bun helps too no?
You mean my built in (h)airbag? Yeah, comes in handy!🤣
