The weather here in Singapore is humid and hot too. I've found Rubber B's Swimskin watch strap (looks like alligator but is actually 100% vulcanised rubber) working great for me in the said weather.

Had one of these and sold it. Hopefully you have a better experience - I found the deployant to be the most uncomfortable ever! The metal goes into the side of your wrist and just isn’t comfortable. Interestingly, I found the same watch with a GO metal bracelet and totally love it. It is an incredible watch for the money. Got mine naked as well for only $6k. Hope you enjoy!

I'm having trouble with the deployant, too. I have a terrible time trying to open it after I put the watch on. But I really like the watch.

I can’t work out if the dial is silver look or a white look? I know it’s a silver dial but looks white in many images. What’s your experience?

I went to the factory web site. Their description is 'Galvanized silver - Surface opalin (fine matt)' The circles containing the hour/minute hands and the second hand are engraved with fine concentric circles, which affects reflections; the rest of the dial is a matt finish, which also affects reflections. Personally, I would describe the color of the dial as pearl, but I would be wrong, I'm sure.

Nice review from your deck. Beautiful watch- I've owned four GOs and find them to be so reliable and attractive. I have a synthetic strap on a GO SeaQ and it's great- quick-drying and comfortable. G-L-O-R-I-O-U-S

I am considering the purchase of a GO SeaQ. My concern is that servicing and repairs happen in Germany and I live in the United States. That would add a lot of time and cost to the watch. Do the four of your GO's keep good time?

@@Sandbag1300 All the SeaQs worked well. I have one left- a blue dial 39mm and it's a great, comfortable watch that runs just fine. The good news is that Secaucus, NJ is the repair center for the US (Swatch Group) and they should be able to service your watch. I've used them before and it was a good experience. (It didn't hurt that I worked in Secaucus and was able to drop off and pick up the watch.)
