    This 35 minute yoga nidra with singing bowls and mama points is guided by Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga. You can think of this Yoga Nidra like a multilayered experience for your physical body, your energy body, your mind and emotions, your higher self, and even your spirit/soul. This guided yoga Nidra includes gentle singing bowls to further soothe the nervous system and create a state of deep relaxation through brainwave entrainment. This type of meditation also aids in cellular regeneration and healing, non-sleep deep rest, and for those who need it, sleep.
    Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that uses a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This yogic sleep technique calms the nervous system and activates the parasympathetic (relaxation, rest & digest) response which is so needed in these current times.

      This is amazing. I've tried a large variety of meditations and breathing exercises for my anxieties & ptsd. I'm also a recovering addict who for a long time used substances to cover up deppresion, issues, & emotions I didn't know how to deal with. I've never experienced anything like yoga nidra before. I've been practicing once daily for about a month now with this singing bowl & marma points as well as some of your others for insomnia at night and anxiety, etc. Your channel is a life saver for me. I spend much time in my own head trying to accept & just exist with my past & thoughts. I still can't forgive myself for my past but I'm slowly learning from my mistakes. Sometimes your pratice is the only way to calmmyself & quiet my mind. I appreciate you so much Ally. Thank you.🙏Nameste

      Ally, where exactly do I find the link or video to the video where you go through comments of what Yoga Nidra & your practice has done to them? I know I would eventually find it by going through all the kinks, I just wanted to know exactly and will find it myself if you respond later than when I find it. 😂. Ally. Thank you. I love you. I will be taking the training with you. I coincidentally, live just down the damn road from the best yoga nidra person on all of CZcams, that I suddenly ran into, on CZcams one day, shout-out Andrew Huberman for NSDR. You two are the best and greatest sources of information right now on this planet - I do not know you right now but I definitely can say I bet you are a great healer, and Dr. Andrew Huberman is one of the great educators who are alive in this world today who are a blessing to the fucking holy loving mother of the earth, we call Mother Nature.     So lush! I went "away" twice during this, encouraged by the repetitious sound of the bowls. I had been looking forward to following the marma points, so will be returning to this practice until I can stay consciously aware through the whole guidance! 🙏💞🌟

    Alley, I love the bowls or chimes, really send me deeper🙏…perhaps a nidra with them, specifically around, self love, opening of the heart to myself , softening of the heart after many years of feeling closed off to that part of myself..any of those themes would be so helpful, as I move through the grief of the sudden death of my partner, and being alone for the 1st time in decades😢…it will be a year in November..a most painful, beautiful, terrifying year!💔 ..I have been practicing your nidras daily since a bit before COVID began and I am so beyond grateful to have yoga nidra in my life in this last year..a piece of healing and refuge, even on the days where it doesn’t feel that way😊..thankyou, Alley, there no words, really, to convey my gratitude🙏🥰💔❤️‍🩹..so much love, namaste🙏

    Ally, you have helped me so much! I started listening to you years ago, originally to help me with my insomnia. I love your calming voice. I am a LMT and refer people to your channel all of the time. I also at the beginning of their massage, I have them breathe in essential oils and relax their jaw, forehead & shoulders on each breath.     Namaste! I practiced this ine at 12:30 P.M. on Sept. 20, 2023.
    I loved the marma point journey. The first time I did it I was falling asleep, but this time I was present for the whole experience.Turning the alternate sides of the body on and off is something I will need to practice more as I need to memorize the location of all of the constellation points.😅

    I love this new session! I really love that you offer quick 15 minute yoga nidra sessions for the days I don't have extra time but still want to practice but also have longer practices like this 35 minute session. Have you thought about creating 1 hour or even hour practices for those of us who love going in deep & staying?     I can remember doing yoga Nidra a while back when I was home, I was doing one of those long root chakra healing and began with the Sacral Chakra, but I didn't do it fully. I let myself be and allowed myself to be because somehow I knew that I'll be back here. And am I not grateful to be back, man? I feel rested, but I feel like I want to do more. I'd never known it is so deep but I knew it was this deep. I am far away from where I last did yoga, the Sacral yoga and I am proud of myself for how far I've come and how far I've grown. I stopped practicing for a while but I was guided just like I am now. I can see now that the universe allows us to go off track for us to deepen our practices whenever we get back.     I usually don’t enjoy singing bowl but since the voice was higher, I could lower the volume to minimize the sound and still hear the voice to enjoy the practice. Favorite part imagining the Marma points as stars constellations. Thanks Ally! 🙏🏽✨💕

    Thank you Ally. Your online Yoga Nidras and NSDR practices have been an integral part of my journey to begin yoga teacher training and remain an important act of self love and self care as I journey deeper. I am about to begin the second of four modules of my own training and so I am consciously turning inward a little more and this was beautiful at the end of a very outward focused week to bring me back to myself. I love the bowls and use their sound often in my practice even though I am sensitive to sound. This particular track of bowls was gentle and not distracting at all. Great for finding that stillness that repetition brings.

    I listen to your meditations multiple times a day. Rarely do I make it to the left side because I’m in a trance and awake refreshed. The sound bowls are beautiful, it would be great to have them accompany a bedtime/insomnia meditation 😉❤🧘‍♀️

    Loved the feeling of 360 degrees of tiny stars around my body. Very restful 🙏
    Being in the YN training has been extremely beneficial to me in so many ways. From helping with traumatic grief to understanding the nervous system and ways to calm it. I cannot say enough positive words about it and Ally and her team ❤
    The tones of the bowls were nice in terms of keeping me feeling grounded.

    Thank yoy Ali for this beatifull practice. I do love the sounding bowls and I loved the different points; shifting the focus helped me to go deeper than with the usuall practice.
