Today's recipe is none other than Kasi Halwa / Kashi Halwa /Gummadikaya Halwa or Ash Gourd Halwa, or white pumpkin halwa which is quite famous in Ayurveda. It is known as kushmanda lehyam in Ayurveda. It is not only a dessert/sweet, but it also nourishes the respiratory system, boosts immunity, and provides strength. It helps in the treatment of infertility, sexual issues and promotes strength and stamina. Additionally, for people looking to gain weight, this dish is perfect. This halwa is very popular in Tamil Nadu and can be made at home with a few simple ingredients such as pumpkin, sugar, cashew nuts, and saffron. This halwa contains no artificial colouring. We'll walk you through the steps of preparing delicious ash gourd /White pumpkin / gummadikaya halwa, as well as give you a few tips on how to make it perfectly at home. White pumpkin/ Ash Gourd: 1
Sugar: 600gms
Lemon Juice: 6 - 7 drops
Saffron: 1 pinch
Cardamom Powder: 1/2 tsp
Ghee: 2tbsp
Edible camphor: 1/2 pinch
Cashews: 1/4 cup

చాలా బాగా వివరించారండీ .... గుమ్మడి కాయ హల్వా తినాలనిపిస్తుంది. అలాగే గుమ్మడి ధద్దొజనం కూడా చేయండి ..... నాకు భలే ప్రీతి .... ఇక గుమ్మడిని వడగట్టిన ఆ రసం లో బెల్లం తురుము వేసి తాగితే తల తిరుగుడు , కంటి నుండి మెడ నరాల తలనొప్పి , పార్ష్యపు నొప్పి సమస్యలు తగ్గతాయి.....

గుమ్మడి కాయ నీళ్ళు పిందేసాక పాన్ పెట్టుకుని నెయ్య వేసుకుని ఆ పిప్పిని వేపి సరిపడ పంచదార పైన జిమ్ముకుని కొద్దిగా పచ్చి కోవా కొద్దిగా కలాకాండ వేసుకుని కొన్ని పచ్చి పాలు వేసుకుని ఒక దెబ్బతగిలినిస్తే పైన కాజు బాదం గార్నిష్ చేసుకొని సిల్వర్ పేపర్ వేసుకుంటే అద్భుతంగా ఉంటాది..ఇది పెళ్ళిలో చేసే గుమ్మడి హల్వా
