To be completely honest, I probably wouldn’t have guessed it would be a TNT shop if Bdubs hadn’t said anything. I saw the TNT last episode and thought “huh that’s a cool decoration block” and then he waffled

Scrap the Horse Graveyard.. make a Horse Memorial, pictures, obituaries, flowers, maybe even paintings of you raising them as foals, listing their loved ones.. who are left behind grieving.. maybe work with Cub to officialize the Memorial..
Add a petition to bring their killer to Justice! (maybe put a little bribe for petitions..)

You should put the horse graveyard in the unintentional monster farm Scar has under Scarland. Then install trap doors that drop people down into it.

Scar isn't slaughtering horses, he is helping Bdubs create a leather farm.
If you would swap the soul sand for magma they would have to either crouch or take damage, also this shop should be called Bdubs-Build-a-Bomb

Flooding and blowing up your redstone at the same time is something only the best can accomplish.
It's probably too much work but I'd love to see the Hot Guy tower protests updated with a custom record of protest chants all voiced by Bdubs and any other hermit who wants to volunteer.

Spiders need a 3x3 area to spawn but only 1 solid block so they can spawn over the edge of the flushing system.
Yes, to fix that he'd need to either add a pillar at the center of the pitfall (which might slow down the flushing of the creepers somewhat) or get rid of the diagonal edges on which the spiders spawn (which would marginally decrease the spawn rates).
Please add heads of every hotguy victim as a memorial to the horse graveyard, maybe with roman numerals on a sign underneath if they were hotguy'd more than once... 😅
Maybe tallymarks would do a more impressive job of showing the murderous nature of our beloved hero...

i love this episode of bdubs and the terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day
if i had to guess the problem, either the tnt falls INTO the soul sand, which is not a full block, and it causes the tnt to register as outside of water, or the bubbles are bouncing the tnt out of the water just as it explodes.
It blew up because the soul sand is less than a full block! It sinks into that and doesn't think its in water.
if you use waterlogged stairs, that will be blastproof and you can still have the awkward water paths. put the waterlogged stairs under and around the sides up a few levels (water out, so will need double thick walls).
That won't protect the chests, the buttons and the signs, though.

I love the honesty behind videos like these. A lot of content creators might be tempted to redo it to hind their accidents. Not you guys tho, you guys know that it makes great content. haha. See, it was on purpose, Bdubs doesn't make mistakes, it's Perfect Redstone after all.

You understand that if he never learned how, it''s gonna be difficult, but it boggles the mind a little to reconcile the brilliant artist you love with the relatively simple task you're watching him fail at.

One note about the creeper water collection. I built one the same way, and the water kept getting unsynchronized because when the water goes down it triggers the observers multiple times. You could counter this by placing slabs on the dispensers, it would help with the aesthetics and with rates.
this design doesn't need to worry about that. the observers are observing the dispensers, rather than the water, so they're triggered only once every time. the key is that you can have a one block air gap between the dispenser and the observer when powering vertically - try it out with your next creeper farm!
You play on bedrock? That's an issue Ive had on bedrock but not java

Hey Bdubs, since the observers are looking at water blocks when the water source is removed the water could flow back in and throw off the timing. As I am sure you are already thinking, genius at redstone that you are, placing a block that be water logged such as a sign or slab will keep the system from firing multiple times.
Bdubs is just so entertaining, every aspect of his content is just stellar.
I dunno if I should call your endings in the last 2 eps cliffhangers lol or just you barely "hanging" on to your sanity 😆

I'm curious how much TNT people will end up with. For a diamond it should be a lot. Especially if they are risking death. Without a normally high payout I think this will be like a novelty show hermits will visit once, and never again.

The "Etho Patented Hopper Clock that I invented" had me laughing out loud for real
Make a horse graveyard for scar with custom music discs that trigger randomly and play faint minecraft horse noises.
Then hide a few music discs around scars base so he hears ghostly horse hooves randomly. Make scar horse-haunted!
I love how in the sponsorship Bdubs knows exactly what a shovel is and what the knee-pads are for but he's clearly so lost on what a Web Fluid Engine is xD (don't worry, I'm lost too)

Moss man is looking stylish with the armor trim!
the armor trim doesn't look good. why mix yellow gold and blue diamonds, and not go for emeralds to match the moss, it's like he's blind or something.

@@ItzJosh55_ZR I don't think the bright green would go well with the duller green of the moss cloak at all. The gold, on the other hand, adds some nice contrast and gives his armor that "royal" bling he's going for. The diamond achieves a similar effect, though I can see why doing both diamond and gold might seem weird. However, IMO in this case it works because:
1. The diamond trim is rather subtle - it pretty much blends perfectly with the checkered texture of the chainmail pants and has a similar level of brightness, so to me it looks like it adds a gentle sheen more so than color (and I believe Bdubs said it's the intention). If anything, it helps bridge the gap between the green on his skin and the grey on his armor.
2. The cyan color of the diamond and the yellow of the gold (especially the shade seen on the front of his boots), while mildly contrasting colors on their own, are both rather close to green on the color wheel, so I think it all kinda blends together still. It's definitely more interesting and bold than if it was just all gold, and it simply fits his overall style and character really well in my eyes.
I still can't get over the entire top half looking like a lighting glitch lol

You know if BDubs didn't point out this episode that the TNT in the window was a hint for the Shop I wouldn't have guessed when he first built it I thought because he had the windows that look lit up that the TNT was just the way it had to be used for the effect, I didn't question it at all until he pointed it out, so maybe I'm just dumb.
Cover the Hotguy HQ in horse heads as the “graveyard”
I think maybe a timer based system with note blocks might be a lot more chaotic and enjoyable compared to the dread and calm of gambling by repeated button presses. As now if they stay too long, the timer runs out locking the door behind them, and the drop of TNT is their set fate.
I guess you can say that Scar takes after Joel. Both love slaying horses for no reason.

I think the bubble column from the soul sand is bouncing the TNT on top of the water and if it blows up with bad timing it blows up just outside the water.

It would be cool to do a whole city with the in the dark style that the top of the building is in. If you added a few lights it would look like a cool dark 80s cyberpunk anime skyline.

TNT calculates its explosion at the bottom of the lit TNT entity. If it sinks into soulsand It will explode from inside the soulsand block even if there is water on top of soulsand.

I just saw your powder shop in Ethos video and I have to say: it's incredible! The mix between cyberpunk and dystopian future and the way the colour grading creates an effect, like if the buildings top was just a shadow on a bright horizon - incredible! Exactly like in a comic, video game, movie or wherever else one might've seen this iconic style - but in Minecraft of all places!

For the crafting idea, I would put water source blocks on bottom slabs with soul sand underneath. That way, you get the slowness of both.

Recommendation: for the tnt room, make all the walls waterlogged stairs so it’s resistant to explosions

With the creeper farm you should place scaffold in between the observer and the dispenser. Also you should make it so the flushing and spawning floors alternate. That way you will always be spawning creepers at all time instead of having half the time spawning and the other half flushing.
The recurring references to the sprinkler issue is so funny 😂

Got an Idea or the entrance: Place the arrow-blocks one block forward and put redstone lamps behind. Set up a clock and let each arrow block "glow" down after each other.
Adds a bit more flair to the cyberpunk-esk style
