#BlackSabbath #EndOfTheBeginning #MusicVideo - Hudba
I like how Tony is always smiling like he's thinking "Im so happy to be here, have a nice day."
That's so funny. "have a nice day" *insert godlike riff*
joeyrempe I think it’s the general comradeship between them I mean they all have had rough spots in the past mostly from Ozzy but generally I think they are all still really close
Mick Foley up in here.
Indeed he is. After so many years. Think abt the drummer...he played w Black Sabbath...what else??
He wasn't *always smiling,* see his earlier videos when he was wasted!!! He's *sober* now. That's WHY he's *smiling.* 🎸
Super underrated album. One of Sabbath's best.
The main riff is SO similar to the one on "Black Sabbath" the song.
This is on their final album while that was on their debut.
We've come full circle.
End of the Beginning.
And, the sound of flames in the final song is similar to the sound of flames on the first song of the first album.
of course… as it was on the start of discography it is also at the end
if you play the last track on the 13 it loops perfectly into the first album
Apni Bangali?
And the have a planet carvan type song also on the album .. this was done on purpose
Tony Iommi: The greatest riff lord to ever play in existence and a beautiful soloist too.
Geezer Butler: Influential bass player; his walking bass lines are always recognizable. His tone is so gritty and nasty; ya gotta love it.
Bill Ward: The powerhouse of Sabbath, (of course he’s not here unfortunately thanks to Sharon). But Bill’s drumming style was Jazzy, Funky and just had that laid back timing that sabbath needed. Such an underrated drummer.
Of course the man we all know and love.
Ozzy Osbourne: How the fuck is he still alive? We’ll never know, but he is The Godfather of heavy metal and his vocals tower over sabbath like a nuclear assault.
Without these four; heavy metal would have never existed. All respect goes straight to you guys. Forever in my heart, Black Sabbath is my favorite band of all time.
R.I.P. Ronnie James Dio.
Yes I agree black Sabbath is my favorite band of all time Ozzy Osbourne a awesome singer
You forgot to mention geezer awesome lyrics as well!
RIP Dio. However it was totally different band with him. For me Ozzy is essential part of Black Sabbath which I love. I can understand that Dio was a very talented vocalist, maybe more technical than Ozzy, but the band with him was just not for me.
@PSYCH0NAVT Yeah 💯 Black Sabbath is Ozzy, Bill, Geezer and Tony, When Ozzy got fired and Dio joined, they should of changed the name of the band, because it was literally Dio with a few former members of Black Sabbath.
it had nothing to do with Sharon! for fuck sake the entire situation so well documented you'd have to just be fucking lazy not to simply READ!!!
Gotta hand it to Ozzy, for an "old" guy who's been through a lot, his voice hasn't suffered like a lot of singers his age. He IS the Prince of Darkness.
@Rowan Melton he wasn't using auto tune.
@@kts5920 he was here, if you listen to his live stuff its no wear near as clear and on time. But he is still the absolute best.
He never lost his voice to the retirement home. Epic and volumenes
Yes,great singer.love ozzys,singing.
@Rowan Melton No he's not. He misses notes sometimes. You can clearly hear autotune guys, it's not some mystery thing. He did get voice lessons in his old age and learned to sing in a way that's less harmful to the voice organ. But no autotune, seen em live 5 times including once solo Ozzy or twice, I can't even remember anymore. The live sound is the best in the world. I used to think they touched up their live albums until I saw them live. Plus you'd hear the autotune go crazy whenever he starts yelling GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Singers turn it off between songs, so they can talk. But Ozzy's always pumping the audience up and introducing his bandmates before solos and so on. Plus you would hear it. Been a musician for 20 years and I have used autotune (for fun). True singers don't need it. That's what either talent or years of training are for.
When Ozzy said, "Don't look back, live for today, tomorrow is too late," I felt that to my core. I dunno, man, it's what I needed to hear in these times. We love you, Ozzy. We love you, Sabbath.
Yes,good song,I remember in 1970 was4,my brother use to play it then.Barry passed away 2019,was 63.Black Sabbath,great group.
Great, but i prefer "Live for today, cuz tomorrow never comes!" From Dio on Die young.
@@me_angelo Dio Who?
Black Sabbath "13" was a killer album! I still love it.
Yes me to.Their a great group.
Well, shit pal, you are absolutely terrifying.
best album of new century.no slipknot no system no manson.this was the best and we never heard a band like this🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎸🎼🎼🎼🎼🎼🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥👏👍🎚
Me to a great way to end a band there music will never die long live ozzy and black sabbath
Havec you now webinar you in
The mere fact that this band has survived since the Sixties and is still current speaks volumes.
Billy Decker yes great group I remember in 72 when I was6.
Release your mind.
a friend saw Ozzy in Austin, said he was in bad shape.
Just saw them in Florida and NJ and Ozzy was in great shape, whipped the crowd into a frenzy and his vocals were pretty good overall. Not bad for a legend and 64 year old drug addict. Ozzy rules.
Johnny is still around www.johnnywinter.net/
They should remake this video with real Sabbath fans, a room of fat, bald forty somethings and long haired teenagers in mascara. Would make it more realistic ;)
Love the band but not the false acting of fake fans on the video
I love how tony is playing this bad ass evil sounding riff while he’s just smiling looking super happy lol
Yes I agree and such a great group
God bless Tony Iommi. The most unbelievable guitarist in rock history. His riffs touch you at your core.
I cant imagine another band that influenced me so much like Black Sabbath. Always in my heart, i never had a chance see them live
Geezer is also top notch! That guy can play bass!
Yes Tony lommi a great guitarists, and Ozzy a great singer
dont forget billy ward boys
Jimmy Page ain’t bad either
13 is a monster album. What a gift they gave their fans. I can't believe it's been 9 years since it's release.
As much as I love this, the absence of Bill saddens me.
I agree I remember in70swhen I was a kid im53now still love
@@lisaparsons2544 Same but i have listening and see them more.
Im 62 my first album Black Sabbath I buy 1970.
The best album is SABOTAGE becouse it was lockt in a bank in Switzerland in 2-3 year!
@@detskalldaltas133 1970, great songs.I remember then.
Me to as I believe he is the greatest drummer of them all but who ever this guy is studied under Ward, nice job
Agreed! He is just to sick. He can't remember his parts. And he has terrible arthritis and other health problems! I love Bill Ward - What a great drummer!
Ozzy still sounds awesome.
In the studio i saw him live he's not doing the best but he's not doing the worst either
Completely agree.. they say his drumming could no longer keep up... Guess it could take a toll doing the same thing for decades..
Yes,sure does,love Ozzys singing.
Yes I agree Ozzy Osbourne a awesome singer and black Sabbath a awesome group
The low and slow parts in songs like this is where Ozzy's voice truly shines. He's so good at that creepy tone.
I love his high voice too, but he's lost most of it over the last 10 or 15 years.
@@hinjurock Getting old sucks. Lol. The upside is that as he has aged, the lower creepy voice sounds even better just like Dio's voice got more evil sounding as he got older.
@@davidg1612he sounds creepy as hell on God is dead

This song reminds me of their song "Black Sabbath" has that heavy sound then slows down then gets that heaviness back. I love it
Michael Guzman yes great song, love ozzys singing.
Yes and Tony the Riff Meister does it
The riff is almost identical as well! Definitely feels intentional :)
greatest metal band of all time
Amen
Amen to that, Louie.
Without a doubt.
I agree,there great.i I remember in the 70s.
Kotiteollisuus is thw Best metal band of all time.
I can’t stand still when I listen to this.

actually Scott, Lemmy is the GodFather.
but, I hear ya, the Prince of Darkness has risen again...if you have the Prince of Darkness telling you, warning you of the Meth-epidemic, you need to be concerned. :)
I'm amazed that Sabbath could put out such a powerful and relevant album this far into their careers. Most of their contemporaries that are still making music are shadows of their former selves, but not Sabbath. They are as great today as ever.
Indeed
This song has to be one of the best metal songs ever made.
There are other metal songs?
Do you know any? … Because you surely don't. HTH.
@@camkaneinsane8653 then fetch me the soap now, siiissy.
Rock on Shqipe \m/ ❤️
That’s because it’s a total rip of their first song on the first album
@@mattlewis6833 that makes it awesome ._.
Fucking hell, this gives me the chills. It's so fucking Sabbath, it's incredible.
Black Sabbath is the best group in rock history.
love this whole album, Geezer still a monster on the bass.
timeless band.
Geezer’s always been a monster on the bass 🤘🏽
Geezer is more responsible for the Sabbath "sound" than anyone ever gives credit, but it is easy truth, go back and listen to any track from any era and it becomes unmistakeable, SINCE DAY ONE!!
Geezer wrote most Black Sabbath songs, including this and most on the album. Geezer fucking rules \m/
I think Black Sabbath is life he greatest band of all time.
Yeah!
Yes.Besides Led Zepplin.
+Ferruccio T. Pretty much all Sabbath songs sound the same
Listen to Led Zeppelin 1 and 4 and then listen to Houses of the holy. Just see the amount of versatility they have. Led zeppelin is way better than Sabbath. But sabbath is still one of my favorites
Vishnu Subramani HUH ... OH MY GOD !!! First of all , I LOVE ZEPPELIN , But I fkng worship BLACK SABBATH , IM 45 DUDE ... Heard all of the above , love mahavishnu orchestra love Zappa SABBATH WAS WAYYYY MORE DIFFICULT FOR CRITICS , ZEP HAD AN OBVIOUS CNXN W BLUES AND ITS ARGUABLE THAT SABBATH DID FOR FIVE SECONDS , EASILY SEPARATING EM N MKING EM THE MOST SCARY FKN DOOMY BADASS ATROCITY IF THEIR TIME ... Such a monstrous huge NEW sound , and BTW BILL WARD GAVE SABBATH A SWING IN COMMON WITH JAZZ THAT TONY IOMMI WORKED W AND LITERALLY INVENTED A "GENRE", since when in our lifetime has a genre been invented AND YEA , ARGUABLY I WILL SAY YARDBIRDS HENDRIX N CREAM STARTED A TRICKLE DOWN EFFECT but its safe to say that SABBATH OWNS IT , THEY FUCKING OWN METAL ... IMMIGRANT SONG ? IS A CLOSE EX. ACHILLIES LAST STAND IS TOO BUT THATS 75 AND WHOSE TO SAY SAB DIDNT PUSH EVEN ZEP N PURPLE TO HE HEAVIER ...
BLACK SABBATH , TONY IOMMI are ID ARGUE "ARE THE ALPHA FKNG OMEGA" they're wrapping up a carreer of HUGENESS
Ferruccio T. See ... Ferruccio knows
BLACK SABBATH FOREVER! LONG LIVE BLACK SABBATH!
Sounds like it could have been on their debut album. And I could never compliment the band more. God bless Black Sabbath.
I love how Tony just stands there and lets all those incredible sounds come out of his fingers.
+Jim E The whole band is just standing there though.
This tune freaking rocks!!
hell yea
I can't get over how good Ozzy still sounds, singing, I can't make out aword when he's talking, but singing, he sounds timeless.
Yes Ozzy Osbourne a awesome singer I remember him in 1972, when I was 6, singing iron man 😁 my brother Barry played black then.Barry passed away 2019,was63
Dude that bendy riff is one of the best I have ever heard in metal, and I listen to everything from Thy Art is Murder to Deep Purple and everything in between. Fuck it just hits your soul perfectly.
Yes love Ozzy Osbourne's singing black Sabbath a awesome group
Ozzy: "Is your life real or just pretend" Everyone in the crowd: "OMG he's reading my mind!"
are you a mind reader
Dave Straub Great singer I remember in 70s.
These guys still hitting the notes and jamming like they're in their 20's and 30's!
masters of their craft always perform better with age than newbies
"Rise up, resist, and be the master of your fate". Truly inspiring line coming from the heaviest of them all.
yet not one retard in the comments knows this song is thier reality
That guying playing the guitar knows how to riff. Still better than 99% of the bands today, unreal.
He isn't called the riff master for nothing.
And his name is Tony Iommi, the real Iron man.
This is my favourite song off the new album
These are the true metal masters
the godfathers of doom no one compares to these guys together, just fire on point 👌 perfection 👌
This song! That riff with Ozzy singing "Regeneration of your cyber-sonic soul" gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. I was worried about how they would sound after not having released an album with Ozzy since 1978, but that moment right there blew away any doubt and I actually teared up. It was like having a long lost friend come back from the dead
That dark sound.. "end of the beginning" reminds me so much (ironically) of their first song, Black Sabbath! Killer!
This song encapsulates the melodic darkness I missed from Sabbath since Paranoid.
This is was separates sabbath from every other band in history. No other group can come back over 40 years after their first album and put out and absolute banger like this. The most original style possible with that full solid hard rock sound. GOATs
Yes I agree 💯 black Sabbath a awesome group since 1970, when I was 4, 😁
God lives. God loves good music. And Black Sabbath goes to heaven. Because of the music.
Black Sabbath - my favorite band forever...
1968 was the beginning in heavy British rock and roll books never going to end
Pode passar o tempo que for e ouvir Black sabbath muitas vezes mas esses rifs do Iommi continuam arrepiando a cada ouvida.
Cadê os Br? 🇧🇷
Metal heads- This is the greatest band of all time..........BLACK SABBATH...,.....love there 13 album
Ozzy and the band, rocking since the 60s and they still know how to make a better rock song than 90% of today's bands!
No , way , nine years ago , seems like yesterday . Father time has fallen to give us more than we deserve .
This is the SABBATH ERA ! ! !
There may be singers that have a better voice, bands that play it louder and heavier, but no one has such charisma like Ozzy Osbourne and no one can make such a simple but powerful riff like Tony Iommi. Black Sabbath and Ozzy are my first big love if it comes to heavy metal and there is no such band that could ever replace them.
There’s a lot of cheesy artificial “heaviness” these days. Sabbath fucks hard
@@adama4791
true story
Drop C# is the heaviest shit possible!
you can go lower, but it wont resonate with the universe
@@denisblack9897 I am also a fan of C standard a la SLEEP but Sabbath will always be heavy as fuck. Have you ever heard the E standard riff Tony does right before paranoid in the The End concert? That shit sounds like hell is about to appear on earth.
Everyone talking about the audience.... just close your fuckin eyes and enjoy the music.
Why would we close our eyes? It's a video. You know, a visual medium.
+Boylo Boyle invented metal ?...sabbath hates the term metal
they were obviously hire. if you ask one of the girls who geezer butler they'll probably think it was a president in the 1800's.
Yes I was there in 2000 here in Arizona. What an awesome show that was! Pantera put on a great show also. The whole concert was awesome!

So true
there is a brazilian band called Pata de Elefante which is elephant's foot in portuguese. pretty good one btw
Devil’s Triad Interval notes.
saw them in 69 at fillmore east opening for led zep...wish i could remember it
Wow... Lucky dude
+Thomas Bergman lmao hell man then that means it must of been one hell of a concert then since you cant remember it, i bet they sure dont
+Thomas Bergman, what I what give to have been there and/or Woodstock but I was too young at the time.
maybe you cant remember because you're full of shit...nobody forgets a sabbath and zeppelin concert that you're describing...good try tho
+Antonio Rochet it's called alcohol
They are, without a doubt, the masters of the doom riff.

Neither one you're in the middle of the ending
Ozzy's voice is so fucking perfect for metal.
This song is epic to the point of insanity!
that solo at the end is just awesome
He still kills it with Black Sabbath like he did in the 70's. OZZY is the King!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And God is Dead!
GEEZER STILL THROWING HAMMERS AT YOUR CHEST !! A FUKN THUNDER GOD .
Welcome back the princes of Darkness make a melody of classic metal
The Fathers of Metal!
One of my favorite records of all time. Tony Iommi and Ozzy Osbourne killed this record.
Dakota Rivera Geezer Butler wrote this record.
Don’t forget about Geezer
50 years later and still more heavy than ennything today 🤘🤘
Tony Iommi did an album with Glenn Hughes called "Fused" in 2005. Maybe something for you Iommi fans that have missed it since it's not under the "Black Sabbath"-name!
+Georg Hägglund I hope Glenn and Tony play together to perform some of those songs live. Even if it's just one filmed show.
Iommi with Hughes is a winning combo. Seventh Star is also amazing.
Love that album
JJ Vladimir Checkout that song ''Turn to stone"" from ''Seventh Star'' album, one of my favourite songs after Ozzy. Also ''Zero the Hero'' from the Gillan era.
2020 here: I have loved this song since it came out. I love how it changes tempo throughout and evolves into another masterpiece of a metal song. *It's not always the headbanging that makes Metal, Metal. It's Black Sabbath that makes Metal. They are the #1 Kings without a doubt. No argument!!
THE GODS OF MUSIC!!!
CHRIST LOVES IT GUY'S THX.
God will never die, only his memory will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Mr. Iommi laughs a jar of holy water turns into vapour
The transitions in this song are magnificent. And the lads look happy. Loner is another amazing song.
13 was an album i didnt embrace for, but I enjoyed it for days. Classic
I don't think these people knew how fortunate they were to be in that small audience. Lord I am so jealous of them
This reminds me to ''Black Sabbath'' by Black Sabbath
I secretly purchased my first Black Sabbath album in '79, being a teen at the time, my Mom didn't like the name of the band. I bought "We Sold Our Souls for Rock N Roll." In my opinion, Sabbath's best album. It had Sweet Leaf, Faeries Wear Boots, Snowblind, The Wizard, War Pigs, Tomorrow's Dream etc. It was their "best of" early Sabbath album. My friend and I played it over and over again in her bedroom and many other awesome albums by other bands of the Sixties and Seventies. Those were the days, huh?
A 'best of' album can't be the best.
Sorry to be that guy, but that's a greatest hits record or aka as a compilation album, which doesn't really count as an actual. Guarantee Sabbath probably didn't officially release it either
"Don't look back live for today, tomorrow is too late!"
Black Sabbath is the beginning of Heavy Metal
This is the final album
End of the Beginning.
Many parts of this track sound like their very first track of their very first album, which is called Black Sabbath, and I bought that in 1970 when I was 16. The producer did a good job by asking them to go back to the beginning. Is this the beginning of the end?
Black Sabbath Ozzy the best n rip Ronnie James Dio
Recycling for the new generations... millennials, later billennials!!!!
Most definitely agree💯

No matter the age of them, they still rockin' they have so much talent specially Iommy. I love them
Black Sabbath. True pioneers
Such a sinister riff🤘
that crowd is totally unbelievable
As a bassist/keyboardist who has worked with good musicians .. this album is excellent. I can't quit listening to it. It's got the old Sabbath sound combined with the experience of 5 decades of jamming, gigging, and recording. Geezer Butler and Tony Iommi deserve their place in the pantheon of rock's greatest musicians.
To the young people of the world, this is truly how "it' is done!
No need to be snide, the young people do fine with their own thing. Let them get on with it and us old gits can just enjoy our stuff.
