Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I love hearing about how these disabilities affect people in different ways and then of course the in that the different ways we cope and mange with our disabilities. Your story is really informative and I enjoyed listening to it. It sounds like you went to a very nice school, and that Tourette camp and what you learned from it sounds amazing.
I feel really silly, but I had never heard of SEN/SEND school before. There were a lot of people with major disabilities at my school though so it leads me to wonder if we actually have SEN schools available around me.
With my own OCD symptoms that effected me in school that I needed accommodation for, it was very much mainly random intrusive thoughts' and spirals of anxiety. I would be in maths class and randomly have like the most horrendous thought come to me and I wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it as it just spiraled and spiraled until I was in tears because of the distress it brought me. So I was given little cards to give to my teachers just so I could leave the room whenever I felt overwhelmed of especially distressed. But besides that I didn't get many accommodations and my teachers were not very happy with the ones I did have ahah. They were not the most understanding.
I also like what you said about diets and stuff, and it's amazing how it helped you. I tried going dairy free and it did help a lot at first and I do think I owe 'getting over' many of my ocd thoughts and rituals to that.

Don't feel bad , Maybe some different questions.
I have watched your older videos months ago , You look so changed.
2nd Yes treatment of tourette is quite tough, there are some meds , You have to see which will work in your case but then you also have to tolerate the side effects as well.
Antipsychotics are the worst meds out there with more severe side effects.
There is only one permanent solution of severe tics or tourette and i.e DBS surgery.
BTW , Are you studying right now ?
Does UK government gives you some sort of support because Indian government doesn't care for such people.
