What every "Why I left Buzzfeed" video has shown is that Buzzfeed is a company that focuses on pumping out videos (because the algorithm, baby) and not on producing good content, so the people working for Buzzfeed never have any time to think up anything worthwhile. Plenty of the people who've left have been shown to be pretty talented people once they've left.
