Samuel's team just called me to join a 1 day BRRR event. £1 if you attend, £100 if you register and don't attend (what's up with that?)
Anyway, I asked what the upsale that was planned for the event so that I can consider it (let's call a spade a spade) - the line miraculously was disconnected and I haven't heard from Samuel's team again.... hmm I wonder what happened there 🤔

@@SamuelLeeds Thanks Samuel. So, he has agreed a fixed price on a commercial place and the developer has paid for the refurbs on the place as well?
@@harper07harper the developer converted the building from offices to brand new apartments and we agreed a rental price for 14 apartments. Then we got our team in to furnish and set it up ready to operate as a serviced accommodation
