I wish there was talking you know explaining the process and better footage everything was close up you did a good job but it sucks that your video transitions was kinda fast
fuck that noise, I'd rather buy a junk 2011 f250 with frame damage, but with a good nose/engine bay and use all the oem parts from the newer nose that i can, and the coil over front end. That way I also get the newer dash and seats. Plus, Using all real ford parts, not just the fenders, bumper, grill and hood, but everything, the radiator supports, the inner wheel well, and the newer front end will increase the safety of an older excursion or super duty. Hell I'd put use the newer engine too (exception for any of the 7.3l excursions and super duties, for obvious reasons).

how do the headlights bolt in,I did a 2008 conversion on my 2006 and had to make all the brackets for the headlights,do I have to do the same with this kit.thanks

Any idea what the effect is on the crush zones? I would think adding that thick of material, especially on the upper aprons, can't promote proper crushing in an accident.
Its a 3/4 ton truck. Most times youre not worried about your truck crushing. But if the vehicle that hits you is gonna crush.
I've seen this with every kit you offer and it's botched and the welding is horrible
