Hmmm, I am seeing Mayors in all of the large Urban cities talk about community plans to curtail crime which is absolutely stupid. If the communities were committed to raising their children and holding them accountable then there wouldn’t be a crime problem. This is just more propaganda and a way for the mayor to funnel grant money to supporters.
Maybe the plan should be to encourage family building/marriage, commitment to education/skill development and a commitment to WORK.
I think we all know if 75% of our kids will continue to be born to single mothers who will raise them in poverty in crime filled communities then nothing will change.
Black people are a trip because they know this plan will not lead to any measurable success but it is a way for the Mayor and his cronies to give money to the people who were complaining about immigrant funding. It will be a long, violent, hot summer in the Windy City.

Ok, so if their answer is more community to help facilitate the changes in bad behavior, then why doesn't the city have enough money for CPS to function as a good learning environment? Not just academically, but morally also. There needs to be a balanced educational experience for all kids in Chicago
