Hello John thanks a lot for your amazing effort and energy you put into your videos. Please keep going. They are great. I have found your videos today, but I am a fan now and I will keep watching. I am 24 year old boy who has decided to start an own real estate brokerage. I have no experience, no money, and no rich dad. However I got energy, enthusiasm, and education (I hold and LL.M. and I have some experience in M&A Law). My education and my personality is the only thing I have, and I am deeply convinced that sales and real estate brokerage are the perfect match. I live in Madrid (Spain) and I am going to enter the luxury market by 2019. Sounds crazy but I will play the fundamentals. Your video about "how to enter into the luxury market" was awesome. Thanks again for your content and energy John !.

Thank you for the info. Inspired by your story. If you don’t mind me asking, how much do you make a year at this point in your personal career?

This is your best video yet! I loved it. I just signed with a brokerage this week and I'm excited to get started. I'm taking as many training classes from my broker as I can however they generally only last about an hour a day. I am going to ask my sales manager if I can shadow someone next week. I want to get as much information in me as possible so when my license actually gets here I can hit the ground running. Would you mind making a video about going through the home buying process as a real estate agent and what we should know? Thank you again for all the great information.

Congratulations! It sounds like you have a plan and you know what you're doing. That puts you miles ahead of most new real estate agents. You mentioned you were going to shadow another agent next week, your Broker hasn't yet assigned you a mentor?

No my Broker has not... I feel like my Broker has been really unorganized this entire time. I want to give them a chance but so far its kind of been a mess and my license has not even come in yet... I am kind of worried that I am starting off on the wrong foot. They sounded great promising me a lot when I signed on but I am not too sure anymore after this last week. I'll keep you updated. Thank you again for your wonderful videos. They are very helpful.

Yes, perhaps interview with a couple of other offices while you are waiting on your license to come in. At least you are utilizing their training. It's a shame your Broker is unorganized. Are there successful Realtors in the office?
