Sounds over complicated, but the voice recognition is actually surprisingly good, there is almost no waiting time after you say the command, and I've only had to repeat anything I said once in a whole game, so this combined with the new rules actually make it a fresh and simpler (in my opinion) experience
Hard agree. 1313 dead end drive is awesome. It's so cool that no one knows who anyone else's characters are, and everybody can control any character. I don't know any other games that work like that, it's so unique.
Judging by the Board James video it seems it seems to be hard for people to grasp it isn't like Clue either. Just because it involves a detective and murder doesn't mean it plays the same way.

It might inspire you to pick up a copy of Monopoly even if the game never really appealed to you just because you saw a Game of Thrones or Zelda edition and you like one of those franchises. You should do "13 dead end drive". That game can be quite confusing but after understanding the rules it can be a lot of fun.
