A gray, slightly rainy day, in that hot tub, fire going inside, the view, the trees... Oh, man. And then of course, there's the blazing sun, in the pool, barbecuing outside days. And a farm producing your own-label boutique coffee. Oh, man.
I love it this the place to engage in a good farming with assorted hydroponic and live stock.

Nice property, Mike! I agree, it could use a little updating. But, that's to be expected from house that was built in 1999. It is a working coffee farm at the optimal elevation! For someone who likes to farm coffee, this is an excellent property!!! Mahalo for the tour.

The tile countertops might have to go, but I wouldn't even touch the rest. Love it! I might add a nudist colony in the back 5 acres, really can't drink that much coffee anyways!lol!

Glad you added the Google maps for context, I figured this must be just outside of Hualalai. Aside from sprucing up some of the surfaces (eg. driveway paint, carpet in bedrooms, kitchen tile countertops) this home is in good condition, easily updated.

In florida. I can’t say where. I took care of a house on 4 acres and it sold for 30 mil. Spent seven years on the beach trying to keep that place nice. Wasn’t easy.

You did the storm part wrong. You are supposed to hug the pillar for the lanai while telling us how powerful the storm is, while someone in the background casually strolls by.
Or gets in their car and casually drives off!

Being a Coffee addict all my adult life. This calls to me. I could sit on the lanai and listen to the rain all day. I would clearly want to upgrade all of the bathrooms at least the cabinets. and counter tops. I think I would try to match the wood from Kitchen. Also same granite top in kitchen. Change out the stove top, perhaps induction? Love the idea to lower the kitchen window. Upgrade the outdoor kitchen also. Was there solar power on the roof? Yes to the carpet in the bed rooms. If the same oak is under the old carpet? Otherwise probably new carpet. The Boundary photos from Google earth was a nice touch. Looks like more coffee on the other sides of the red line?
No solar on the roof of this one. Lot's of large coffee farms on this road in Holualoa. Some over 100 acres
